My vehicle buying experience has been 5 star from start to finish. It was time for me to consider replacing my 10 year old Mazda, even though it had been trouble free and reliable. My experience with Lexus and Jillian has been extremely positive. Jillian listened to my challenges regarding my height/seat belt issues and picked cars for me to test drive which were best suited for me. positive. Jillian listened to my challenges regarding my height/seat belt issues and picked cars for me to test drive which were best suited for me. Jillian was very kind, professional, patient and efficient. I ended up choosing the 2025 UX, I love it. Jillian was also interested in hearing about my concerns with the bathroom at Lexus (black on black) for people struggling with dementia. Jillian was also very kind to bring forward a donation request for a golf tournament event I am participating in to her general manager. All in all, my experience with Jillian and Lexus has been extremely positive and I would highly recommend a Lexus car to anyone. More
