Awesome I arrived at Langley Chrysler 1 hr to closing, to look at a used 2015 Trailhawk, after discussion between my brother and I and our sales rep Simon the I arrived at Langley Chrysler 1 hr to closing, to look at a used 2015 Trailhawk, after discussion between my brother and I and our sales rep Simon the best option was to go was 0% 72 month financing. As it is more expensive, it in cheaper in the long run. Simon worked with me on a deal and was professional through the whole process. What I appreciated the most was that Simon was right there to speak with me about a vehicle. They used no pressure tactics, they let me take my time, and even offered to put a deposit down to think about it over night. I made the mistake by going to "Willowbrook Chrysler" and they almost forced me to buy the vehicle that was out of my price range and didn't want me to leave the lot without purchasing it and kept pressuring me which I did not appreciate. Everyone at Langley Chrysler was very professional and I felt they had a strong work ethic. In the end I found a nicer 2015 Jeep Trailhawk for cheaper and a better service. I would recommend Simon and Langley Chrysler to anyone. More

This purchase was also handled by Robert and if I should require another vehicle down the road I will definitely be back. Excellent. Committed to customer satisfaction I live out of town and found a highly sought after Ram 3500 diesel they had listed on line. With a small refundable deposit they held the truck for 5 days even though there was much interest on this truck from local prospective buyers. This alone relieved a lot of stress in looking for the right truck. The salesman Tony was excellent. I didn't feel any pressure from him to buy. He focused on showing me the truck itself. Jen in financing was awesome in arranging easy financing and nicely explaining warranties. Rita did a great job making me feel welcome and making sure the final sale was in place and presenting the truck to me. After the purchase of my new Ram I did notice a small concern. I contacted them and they immediately took action to resolve this minor issue. I personally received a call from the manager himself. Matt apologized for something that was overlooked and promptly took care off it! So often you hear horror stories of dealerships just not caring once you buy a vehicle and leave the lot. This certainly was not the case with Langley Chrysler. This is an excellent dealership with very professional people who care about their customers. I've heard that Langley Chrysler has an excellent reputation and now that I have experienced it for myself I would absolutely agree! Thank you so much. More

I was set on purchasing my new Jeep from My Bf and I came to Langley Chrysler recommended by a friend who had purchased a vehicle from them recently. I was set on purchasing my new Jeep from Guildford Jeep and Dodge because I thought they had good customer service and I thought they were fair. When we came in to meet Steven we were absolutely blown away by how personable he was and accomodating to our needs and our desires in our new vehicle, we ended up driving out of the lot THAT day in a new jeep, a feat we had never experienced in any previous dealership. Also would like to give a shout out to Jen as she took the time to explain and answer every question we had even though it felt like we had a million questions. Every one was very patient with us and kind which is something that goes a long way when it comes to making a big purchase. We love how they worked as a well oiled machine (pun intended) to get us happy and get the rates that best suited our financial needs. We are beyond excited with the way that everything turned out and are so so happy we purchased our vehicle from here. More
