This was the 5th vehicle I've purchased at Langley Chrysler in the last 6 years, and its their consistently high standard of Customer Service that keeps me coming back. My salesman Tommy Booth always listens to what I tell him it is I'm looking for and then strives to get me into a vehicle that is an exact match or as close as is possible. Everybody right from the top down treat you with the utmost professionalism and consideration. If there is an issue, they do what they have to do to make it right and keep the customer happy. I recommend Langley Chrysler any chance I get to and anybody I've sent in has had the same experience I've had. The team in the service department are top notch as well. Always a pleasant experience! We changed our mind several times during the process and he never once got annoyed but kept assuring me he was there to find us the perfect vehicle. We found the most perfect vehicle I could only dream of having in my driveway, next step was finance & I have to say Jen is very efficient & super friendly and I felt like I have known her for years.
