I had something specific and custom in mind, and I managed to make contact with Simon Hardman. He was very helpful and equally not pushy from the get go. They sorted out a great price straight away even before I'd seen the vehicle. Apon arrival in Canada I visited them, and Simon was just as helpful yet unpushy in person. Very realistic down to earth and in tune with the customer. It felt more like a private sale than a dealer sale. The finance team were equally helpful and accommodating. Jennifer made me feel trusted and like I was dealing with real people, not a slick operation setup to separate me from my money. Bottom line was that the price they sorted out even before negotiation was amazing and I never felt a need to haggle. I'm always happy to pay a fair price, and I was amazed at how fair they were. My first experience buying a vehicle online! I did a search online for the vehicle I wanted and found out the vehicle was 1,000km away ??I had to figure out a way to deal with a dealership consid I did a search online for the vehicle I wanted and found out the vehicle was 1,000km away ??I had to figure out a way to deal with a dealership considering the distance from my base (Calgary, AB). So, I decided to call Langley Chrysler, and was directed to work with Simon. Lots of phone calls and document exchange by phone and email. I knew the only reason for me to drive 1,000km away was to actually purchase the vehicle. I sure would not consider a do over in this case. So, 1 week after bargaining from the comfort of my living room ?, Simon and I agreed to the final price and bam!. I took delivery of my car today! I never thought that was going to happen considering all negative stuff you hear about the car sales people. Well, it was a good experience for me. Exceptional service from Jen and Simon. More

The salesmen were more concern on selling me what they had in stock even if it did not meet my wants and needs. With Shawn ,it was so simple that ,it took him minutes to show me what I wanted . it was so perfect that I bought the first truck he showed me. Jen made that happen even though I didn't think it was possible, the price was worked out to suit my budget without compromising all the bells and whistles . The icing on the cake was the warm customer appreciation shown by Rita ,it sure made my day special. It gives me great satisfaction to know that there is still dedicated, caring and respectful employees managing the foundations of Langley Chrysler . More
