When I go in I always wait to talk to Jason DeFelice. He tells me all my options, and does all he can to help me get the best service for the money. He makes sure the van is ready when I need it back, and the problem is always fixed, unlike another service advisor I had. She was very impersonal and the van took longer to be fixed than she said and I wasn't happy with the results. Jason always makes sure it is done right! More

The staff members are knowledgeable, friendly and take the time to go over issues, recommendations and costs to ensure the customer is fully aware and informed. Even though we are out of town clients, we choose to have our vehicles serviced there because of the positive experiences and trust that we have developed over the years. We purchased our Camry Hybrid and Highlander there. A couple of individuals we have been working with on a number of occasions are Mike Minarsky and Jason DeFelice. They and the rest of the staff understand what customer satisfaction and support should be. Truly appreciated! The coffee and food staff make the stay even more comfortable. More
