I especially appreciate being offered a loaner vehicle during service recalls, or a shuttle home when my car is in the shop. Those small but meaningful touches make a big difference and show how much they value their customers’ time and convenience. During my most recent service visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Shane, a wonderful young man with impeccable people skills. He connected on a truly personal level and made the entire experience feel effortless and welcoming. The dealership itself is equally impressive. The new fish‑bowl office design is modern and inviting, and the waiting lounge is outstanding—snacks, hot/cold drinks, charging stations, magazines, and even Lexus merchandise.
