Our Sales Advisor Gentrit Raka was excellent. 5 stars plus! He managed to fit us in, even though we did not have an appointment. We did have some issues with the business manager (Chris Ouellette) not responding to our emails, or answering our questions. When we expressed our concern over the lack of communication, he offered no explanation other then it was "incredibly busy". Having bought cars at Audi, BMW and Mercedes, we did not receive a level of service comparable. Gent was wonderful and helped to bridge the gap in communication. Again5 plus stars. Unfortunately, because of the other negative dealings, we can't give the overall dealership 5 stars. And while we might recommend (and we would definitely buy a car from Gent again), we would certainly disclose our experience. More

After finding compatible dealership options that were unsatisfying, I found Gent Raka at the Lexus of London Dealership. I am in my mid-30s with my spouse and we do not spend much time trying to look aff unsatisfying, I found Gent Raka at the Lexus of London Dealership.
