Andre even stayed late to help us through the application and completing the forms. On delivery day, our car was literally on display when my wife arrived. Fern and I filled out the paperwork before she arrived so the details were done. The car was spotless and had a big red bow on it. We unveiled it to my wife and she had smiles from ear to ear. The walkthrough was thorough, entertaining and informative. All around one of the smoothest and easiest car buying experiences I have had. Excellent service I went to this dealership in early July looking for a vehicle and was treated with respect and no sales pressure at all. Not knowing what I wanted ex I went to this dealership in early July looking for a vehicle and was treated with respect and no sales pressure at all. Not knowing what I wanted exactly, Fern let me test drive a few of the cars and explained the benefits of each vehicle. I left not buying a car at the time because I "wanted to look around".. After going through the hassle of being ignored or talked down to by other salespeople I of course came back and bought a car from Fern who once again had the patience and kindness to let me test drive a couple more vehicles just so I was sure of what I wanted. I would definitely recommend this place, everyone is so nice and very knowledgeable and Andre in financing was super fast and efficient with the paperwork. Great place to shop if your looking for a vehicle....no need to look around !!! More
