I have been in the Automotive Industry for 9 years, started as a cashier at a GM Dealership, over time on the course of my 7 years there, I transitioned to Service Administrator booking appointments and looking after the internal accounts on vehicles being Safety for Sale. Currently I am at 2 years working at a Toyota Dealership, where I am a Service Advisor. I have been working hard to establish a new way of providing a Service for my customers, that only by working on this field, a person is able to mold to benefit the Service that suits better for individual needs. Customers are very important, helps us to outgrow our line or work around such a competitive market, so nurturing and caring for a customer's vehicle as if it was your own, enhances the experience to a satisfactory level that creates connections that can last for a long time. Hope I can continue dedicating my services to the people that come to see me!!

I received excellent service. I was asked prior to providing me with a new battery and at what level it was at which I am positive enabled me to be sure I would not get stuck with I was asked prior to providing me with a new battery and at what level it was at which I am positive enabled me to be sure I would not get stuck with my car not starting somewhere in the winter season. A very important safety concern, therefore I was pleased this issue was addressed. I was also provided a place where I could complete a zoom conference call while waiting and this was also important to me. More
