Very thorough My service experiences with Western GMC have been excellent. Don and his staff are very professional and courteous. I recently brought my 2015 Sie My service experiences with Western GMC have been excellent. Don and his staff are very professional and courteous. I recently brought my 2015 Sierra in for an oil change and Steve brought my attention to 2 open field actions. I did not have a lot of time and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they were able to complete both field actions in the time it took for the oil change. I left the dealership feeling confident with the safety and performance of my truck. More

I was in your Dealership last week, and had some warranty issues on my 2015 GMC 2500 Duramax, The Friendly, smiling Service I Received from Renee in Service was Top Notch, Great Attitude and Very Professional, along with Don the Service Manager as well. All My concerns and issues were taken care of as well as some major recommended service items too. Everyone at the dealer ship goes out of there way to make you comfortable. If you have any questions at any time even after you have driven off the lot they will help you any time I have in the past and will you comfortable.
