Excellent Service with THE BEST employees!!! We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil chan We noticed a small amount of oil on our garage floor so brought our Terrain in to find out where it was coming from and also to get a regular oil change. It was discovered there were two major oil leaks that could have caused major problems. Thanks to SUE CAMERON for addressing the problem with the service manager, Don Fricker, and our salesman, Aaron Peterson, who all went the extra mile contacting the warranty department, everything was repaired with a much lower cost than expected. Don Fricker leads a stellar team who go above and beyond. I use my truck for work and downtime costs me and my company money, they understand this and make sure my truck is down for the absolute minimum amount of time. My last time in the dealership, Shawn Green offered me a few options, regarding my new tire requirements, and at the end of the day I was very pleased to see that there is this level of service still available at a dealership ! More

went above and beyond.. I have used this service department for 20 years, mainly just for general maintenance, however last fall, I had no a/c, I took it in, apparently, I ha I have used this service department for 20 years, mainly just for general maintenance, however last fall, I had no a/c, I took it in, apparently, I had a small hole in the condenser, to my dismay it was not a warranty item as it was not the fault of the manufacturer, however since I was a longtime customer, Don covered it under policy, need less to say I just today, bought another truck from Western GM Thanks More

Western GMC will make it right! I brought my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ in for service for a problem that has plagued many GMC vehicles. The problem appears to be a software relate I brought my 2007 Chevrolet Avalanche LTZ in for service for a problem that has plagued many GMC vehicles. The problem appears to be a software related one to which there is no known fix for yet according to General Motors. The issue is that the vehicle is seeing an alcohol content of between 50-70 percent which makes the vehicle run very rich and throwing p0174 and p0175 codes in the computer. This is a problem which is all over the internet, but to which General Motors is not acknowledging to it's customers. Thank you Western GMC, and Don Fricker standing behind your service, and performing another reset to my engine computer so I may continue to drive my vehicle. Let's hope General Motors will find a correct "fix" to this issue. More
