Rick was a very patient man . I ask a lot of question and I am someone who will take the reins and tell him exactly what I want , he was very open to my requests. He found what I wanted in a timely fashion ( almost too fast) promises were all kept and the the was delivered on time in immaculate clean shape .I would recommend Rick for anyone who needs help with the right car for them , he is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the cars he has in his show roo. But has no issues telling a potential client that he needs to get a specific answer for you. He was a pleasure to work with and thankfully he has a great sense of humor while being a true gentlemen . We have been dealing with Lexus since 2004, have fully serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came serviced all 7 vehicles we've purchased new from them, service took a little dip in 2016 in service, but improved after moving 1 out of service, came back great till 2022 when it took another little dip in personal department, but have come back with a well running overall crew, keep up the great work.
