From the moment I was warmly welcomed into the showroom by Paul Rankin, I felt like my experience was going to be a positive one. Paul expertly walked me through the features of the new Maxima and he was able to work a deal that met my expectations. Christopher VanWiechen and Kelly Watton professionally rounded out the whole positive purchase experience by answering any questions I had on both the finance side of things as well as the car tutorial on day of pick up. I was also impressed with the fact that Tony Garofoli, the dealer principal, took the time to warmly greet me both before and after my purchase. Great touch!
