We bought our Nissan Pathfinder a couple months ago from this dealership and have been totally satisfied with the car but more importantly with the buying experience. The staff was amazing and friendly especially our sales person Chris. The best part is that their dedication to great service and customer appreciation continues long after the sale. Just yesterday was in the area of the dealership and just stopped by to inflate a low tire in their service bay. Service department was closed but out came Chris who without hesitation got the air hose up and running to inflate the tire. Then to make things even better he offered to wash the car with his colleague while still being in his clean suit. I can say I am totally impressed with this dealership and their staff. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a Nissan. Worth the extra drive to St. Catharines More

Seems like everyone there liked working there as you could feel a relax mood with all the staff. Did not feel any pressure about buying at any time - they just took the time to show us the features of the car we were considering. Went for a long test drive which was great as well. When it came down to negotiating which car version to buy and options - Chris our salesperson was very helpful and honest providing his opinion although not pushing for more expensive options. I really appreciated that and in the end got what we wanted and more. We really want to thank Chris, Paul and Erin for making the car buying a very wonderful experience. We would highly recommend this dealership to anyone either in the area or even from outside (we came in from Toronto).
