Caring people. These people are very caring. They make you feel very important. For sure they know that we come to buy and they want our business but still they coul These people are very caring. They were very accommodating and I did not feel pressure to buy which I liked. Everybody was very nice and professional starting with the receptionist to higher up. I specially dealt with Christopher Van Wiechen and Erin Flynn. I was a kind of demandind client but Chris never lost his good sense of humour. I do hope that they find a good home for my car because I do care for the environment. To send old but good cars to scrap is a waste for the environment that is on my opinion. More

We were so happy with the Rogue we bought last year we came back this year and got a newer Rogue and a Versa! I can understand how complicated it is to close on 2 cars at the same time but they took it in stride. Everything went smoothly and we couldn't be more pleased with the cats themselves and our decision to buy them from Collins. We are clients for life! I bought the Murano through Chris VanWiechen and Geoff MacVinnie. The following May 2015 I decided to trade our second car for a new Rogue SL, so I went to see Chris again. He made me a deal I couldn't refuse. So between him and Steve Piro I bought anew Rogue. Great folks at this dealership and there service and parts department. Although I ended up spending more than I wanted to, I did get a few extras that I had not planned on but are likely important when keeping a car for a long time. Christopher was an excellent sales person, explained the car well and went over everything in detail when I picked it up. I would highly recommend him to my friends or family members who are in the market for a new car. There was a bit of an issue with the financing as a lot of the discussion took place over the phone which I realized afterwards did not give either side the comfort of having the discussion written down in detail. Rob helped to resolve the issues although the monthly amount was a bit more than my budget. More

Exceptional Customer Service I walked into Collins Nissan knowing what I wanted and having researched I knew the price I wanted it for. My sales man, Christopher Van Wiechen was I walked into Collins Nissan knowing what I wanted and having researched I knew the price I wanted it for. My sales man, Christopher Van Wiechen was informative, understanding of my budget, and really fought for what I wanted/needed. On the first test drive he walked me through some features on the car. On the second test drive he and his manager Geoff told us to take it out for as long as we needed and really get a feel for it. We took the car out for nearly an hour. Upon arriving back to the dealership it was time to work out the pricing which went very well. Upon picking up my vehicle everyone welcomed me by name and took the time to walk me through all the paperwork (Rob Reilly in Finance) and features of the vehicle. Chris made my oil change appointment for me and then I was on my way to work the afternoon shift. Upon arriving at work Chris sent an emailing sharing the picture of us standing beside my brand new Juke. I was extremely pleased with my service and the staff at Collins Nissan.
