Rick took extra steps to contact me prior to our purchase when he was aware of what we were looking for. He was very professional and went over and above to accommodate us. Lexus of London is great place to purchase a vehicle! During the past two years my wife and I have admired the RX-350. The 2017 with 8 speed transmission; "driver assists;" color (cashmere), and showroom presentation sealed the deal. We are impressed with Sue Vincent's knowledge of vehicles and the RX-350 in particular. Sue is not aggressive and professionally highlights the features of this vehicle. Sue delivered the vehicle to our home in Sarnia and patiently reviewed all the paperwork and intelligently answered the queries I put forth. Very Happy Purhcaser of Four Lexus Vehicles from Stephanie Two days ago we traded in our RX for a new 2017 RX350 Lexus. We also have a RC 350. From the day of the first purchase with Stephanie Shearsby's help, Lexus of London has been a friendly and very efficient and helpful dealership. The staff makes you feel very welcome when you go in and their service department is outstanding. Stephanie is excellent at her job and helps make the purchase of a new Lexus less stressful than it might be. In addition I would like to complement Romeo Nissan in Service for his fantastic service support and Alan Calvert, the new car Manager for his welcoming manner. Well done all around.
