Never easy Great service. But.... no matter how you book it and ask for (and agreed upon by Ford) a specific time booked 5 weeks in advance they always tell you Great service. But.... no matter how you book it and ask for (and agreed upon by Ford) a specific time booked 5 weeks in advance they always tell you, you need to wait upto half the day and should specify using whatever terms they have to be able to receive service at a pre-arranged time. Also tire storage at $200 annually is double what some competitors offer, better shop around. Tire change fees also fluctuate. Shop fees are also added to prices, although posted and in the fine print, it can add up. More

No explanation of service - and truck not ready when promise Truck was promised to be ready at 4. Then said they needed an extra 15min. By 4:30 it was finally ready but no one really understood what the tech had done or could explain to me. I was left in the service bay waiting till two techs arrived and asked where my truck was. I had no idea as no one had told me. The techs came to the truck and could not figure out what had been done or how to explain. Not a great service experience for first time. More

First service visit I had been servicing my vehicle with another dealership and had heard go things about Northstar Ford Crowfoot. I was able to book an appointment in under a week and the vehicle did not need to be on site at the crack of dawn as with others for routine maintenance (L/O/F....). Service and a recall were performed in the time stated and I was kept informed of the progress by Brittany half way through. I will be returning to Northstar Ford Crowfoot in the future. More

Quick to respond I had my truck in for service and also to fix an issue with my door not latching, I picked up my truck thinking the door had been fixed only to find o I had my truck in for service and also to fix an issue with my door not latching, I picked up my truck thinking the door had been fixed only to find out the next day it hadn’t been. After writing a so so review Northstar and Brittany were very quick to respond. It was explained to me by Brittany that there had been a miscommunication with me and parts had been ordered to fix the issue. Brittany explained to me how the paperwork system worked between warranty and service work. She was incredibly professional, friendly and courteous. I do not expect things to be perfect but I do expect to see issues handled exactly the way she handled them. Incredibly great job correcting the issue and I couldn’t be happier! I shop at Northstar because of the great service and sales people, I have purchased almost 20 vehicles from that location over the years and once again they proved why they are my dealer of choice!!!!!! Awesome job Brittany!!!!!!!!! More

Excellent Customer Service Reps I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's servic I feel that the customer service reps here are excellent. But since I am now awaiting my 3rd motor in a 2013 vehicle that has met all of it's service appointments I have questions. Yes to this point the service manager, and customer reps have worked to get it covered by Ford and have treated me very well there is the inconvenience that goes with major repairs. Yes I have had a service loaner both times, this time a car on my wish list, but still. wondering if Quality is still Job #1 at Ford. More

I almost get the impression that they'd like me to believe that there isn't really any problem with the vehicle at all and that it may be only in my head. More
