After checking with the service manager, I was assured that they would be able to take a look at the vehicle that day but depending on the problem may not be able to fix the problem. I booked a Monday appointment to allow time for the techs to review. They got my vehicle in - ran various tests - dug a little deeper and located the problem. Northstar is not by purchasing dealer and they are not the closest dealer to either my work or home but they were recommended by another Ford owner and I have been very impressed by their service and friendly team! More

Especially seeing how my car broke down during christmas, hours were few during this time, they went above and beyond and hooked me up with a rental for the duration until my car was fixed and kept me updated all the way. And that is why i ONLY got to NORTHSTAR because everytime i go the customer service is outstanding! i cant say that about any other dealer because ive been treated horrible everywhere else. Didnt think id say this because i always felt i bought a "lemon" car with all of the recalls its had but once i got it back it drove better than the first day i drove it off the lot!
