I have been dealing with GP VW since Dec. 2015 when I bought a 2015 new Touareg. My most recent visit to this dealership continues with exemplary service I and my vehicle received. Touareg had starter and ignition issues, not surprising given 125 thousand km. My vehicle wad originally scheduled for one day but ended up being slightly over two days. After chatting with service rep, it was clear that the folks working on Touareg wanted to make sure that the work was done right in a cost effective way. More

My vehicle was in December 2 to have the top half of my engine replaced. First I was told it was be a 2-3 day thing. Then it turned into a 10 day thing. I received a copy of the invoice they were submittin engine replaced. First I was told it was be a 2-3 day thing. Then it turned into a 10 day thing. I received a copy of the invoice they were submitting to warranty and I did not list an oil change.i reached out to confirm it was completed. It took almost 2 weeks of me constantly having to follow up to be told the service foreman told them they do it on every vehicle that needs that part replaced. They would get me the something saying an oil change has been completed. I have followed up weekly and keep getting told they will get me the invoice. At this point I am convinced that no oil change has been completed, because if it had been they would have an invoice to send to warranty. I am 100% not happy with the service I have received since purchasing my first broken volkswagen. Can someone please get this sorted ASAP as I am tired of following up and the service department not doing there job. More
