Andrea treated me with respect and patience (and she needed lots of both because of my age -- almost 81). From ordering to delivery Andrea took her time as she walked me through the process from my purchase to delivery. Andrea made sure everything was always ready... the paper work as well as my new vehicle waiting right at the door for pickup. Andrea took the time to make me feel comfortable in my new Soul, patiently showing me and explaining to me features and tips so I could confidently drive away. My experience was exceptional. Did not purchase my 2016 Sorento at Turpin, but it has been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyon been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyone from Turpin try to persuade me to trade in my vehicle, despite my many conversations with the sales rep Michael during my service calls.
