Did not purchase my 2016 Sorento at Turpin, but it has been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyon been serviced there, and only there, for the past 6 years. Unlike other dealers I have delt with in the past, not once during those 6 years did anyone from Turpin try to persuade me to trade in my vehicle, despite my many conversations with the sales rep Michael during my service calls. The experience from the start was like night and day - incredibly friendly, responsive, upfront with no pressure sales, honest and fun to deal with. Amazing customer service from the first point of contact. That experience brought us back and in September 2022 we completed our 2nd Kia car purchase with Andrea.
