Due to the supply chain issues at the time, I expected a long wait, but Turpin Kia had the shortest wait time among all the dealerships I contacted — just three months. What impressed me even more was their proactive communication: they regularly emailed me with updates without me having to ask. Anytime I reached out with questions, they responded promptly and professionally. Now, after two years of driving my Carnival, I’m still very happy with the car and the service I received.
