I had a very disappointing experience with Charlesglen Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car si Toyota dealership in Calgary. As a first-time car buyer, I trusted them to provide fair pricing and honest advice. Unfortunately, I was sold a car significantly overpriced compared to the market value. I was assured that the dealership would buy back the vehicle at a favorable price if I decided to sell it in the future. However, when I returned after eight months to sell the car, they initially offered one price but later changed their stance. To make matters worse, they ultimately refused to take the car altogether on the same day. The sales team and managers displayed an unprofessional and hostile attitude throughout the process. Their lack of transparency and unwillingness to honor their word was both frustrating and disappointing. Additionally, their prices are noticeably higher than other dealerships in the area. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealership if you’re looking for a trustworthy and customer-focused experience. More
