Absolutely amazing customer service I researched all the Toyota dealerships in Calgary, reading reviews and looking for a specific vehicle to trade our truck in for. We walked into Charl I researched all the Toyota dealerships in Calgary, reading reviews and looking for a specific vehicle to trade our truck in for. We walked into Charlesglen and were introduced to Sam who would be showing us vehicles. Right away you catch on to his friendly and outgoing personality. Sam showed us the 4Runners we were interested in and was very detailed in all the options and upgrades and standard items within them. He was very informative about Toyota and the process of if you were to buy brand new and what to expect. He wasn't sure if we were interested in used and asked us of we wouldn't mind checking out a used 4Runner. We were more than happy to. After test driving the used, but still very new 4Runner, we knew we were set on it. Sam was great with the whole process of writing paperwork and didn't leave a single detail out. He handed us off with ease to the finance department to complete paperwork and Alison was absolutely thorough and witty and funny to deal with. She set us up for pickup 2 days later and had all the extras we paid for completed for that day Charlesglen made us feel welcomed and treated us like gold. Any concerns we had were answered and we felt secure knowing we were making the right choice. Jim made our pickup fun and he was a complete blast to go through all of the extras on the truck. He involved our daughter alot which made her so happy! To all who were part of this huge purchase, we thank you and look forward to seeing you in the future for any new purchases!! More
