I recently purchased a 2025 Ford Tremor, Dealt with Dino, he was great, agreed on a price, confirmed by email, Dino confirmed, This was a cash purchase no financing, Then Dino turned over to Billy (who apparently does the final paperwork up) Billy tried to slip in a extra fee of $599.00, Dino then got involved as i was going to walk from the deal, then he removed it. I then permitted the vehicle to get it home, Then BIlly called me and told me i had to put full insurance on it for at least 6 months, This is not true, I can park it in my own building, and insure it when i am ready to use it. -Billy is very unethical in my view, Lied about insurance and tried to scam me for $599.00 -Dino was great -Pick a dealership who has trustworthy people

I was given a loaner vehicle to use as I had also added other items onto the list while my vehicle was being serviced. Everything was explained to me upon pick up that my vehicle is now “golden”.

If I could sum up my experience with Southtown in a word, it would be Incompetent. Two and a half months for a warranty repair on a vehicle with 7000km. Uninformed, unhelpful service staff. Close to zero communication and what I did receive was platitudes. Don't shop here, don't service here. Go anywhere else for a better experience.

I used Kipp Scott since moving to Central Alberta 16 years ago. In 2015 I bought a Buick Encore and was satisfied until late last year. I took it in because it was burning oil. They couldn't find anything wrong with it and gave it back. It didn't give any codes so they don't do much more than that. So we did get work that they kept suggesting needed to be done. Nothing worked, we changed the turbo as well. The last time I took it in they checked the motor and told me it was blown. It had 128,000 km's on it. I've tried many ways to get Andy to send me what the techs said about it but no response. In short I would not recommend Kipp Scott.

I had just another larger expense in the service department. second time in less than a year, on a 5 year old Jeep Grand Cherokee. After expressing considers they deducted about $800, it was a help but still a price was outrages. they a had vehicle for 5 days and still could not wash Jeep. (Even though its called a wash, it is just a rinse) but they could not even do that! It is advertised with every service you get a carwash! (NOT! ) what is a person to do? Are we suppose ask, or does Service advisor ask? how does this work? All they is your money!!!! Don't follow through on their ads. ( apparently unless you micromanage everything / everyone involved) Hailey service advisor was lovely. unfortunately seemed like she could not do her job well with computer / IT had issues.
