Purchased a "New" vehicle to me today. I dealt with Krista M. for my sales person. She was great to deal with. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She knew all the particulars of the truck and walked me through the vehicle, showed me how various items worked. She knew warranty particulars , as it is a used vehicle. She arranged a commuter vehicle for me to use to purchase plates and insurance. All of the staff at SMP we friendly and helpful. I would recommend Krista if you are looking for a vehicle.

This is worst place I’ve ever dealt with , salesmen said they were going to warranty anything that was wrong . Bumper to bumper warranty . So far they haven’t dealt with any of the problems ( passenger side window won’t come up or down , side steps don’t work , air leveling didn’t work , interior was filthy , pieces missing from back seat ) actually passenger side window inside is moving but window is glued in place . They won’t warranty anything , we paid extra for warranty but it’s only as good as dealership . Both Ash and Tim said everything was good warrantied for 3 yrs but their warranty is as good as them . None existent . I would never deal with them again

I took my 2015 Chev Cruze car into Sherwood service at 8:00 Monday morning and spoke with service advisor Kyle Ryland with concern for a small fuel leak in engine compartment. By noon I knew the problem was a leak at the fuel regulator and that the parts needed were in Cincinnati and could take 10 days to arrive. Parts and labor were quoted at $1250. Kyle and I discussed me paying for overnight delivery, parts department checked it out and the cost was $50. I okayed it. The parts were delivered on Tuesday and at 9:30 Wednesday morning Kyle called me to say the repairs were completed and I could pick up my car. The repair invoice was for $1000 instead of $1250 plus $50 shipping. The explanation was that the repair went quickly. I am an "extremely happy" customer. That is the kind of service I am accustomed to at Sherwood Chev. Kyle kept me informed throughout, arranged transportation for me as needed to and from the dealership and was completely helpful, efficient and effective. Thank you, all who were part of that whole process.

I had a really worst experience i was so excited for my brother to get his first vehicle in canada. He bought 2020 Land Rover discovery sport on 14 April 2025 and on 20 may 2025 morning it didn’t start. Vehicle didn’t even last two months. As we discussed to keep this vehicle for 9 months and come back for trade in to get new vehicle , I was planning to trade in my dodge challenger and get one from you guys. Unfortunately due to all this I am gonna switch to reputed dealership and wanna warn all buyers please do proper research before you go to dealerships. Most of them are scammers gonna quickly response to your calls and messages when you are buying vehicle. Once you buy or finance vehicle they are harder to get connected l. I was checking online good dealership always has solution for their customers and offers repairs and services to keep customer satisfied and stick with for future deals. Now my vehicle is parked for 10 days and my brother feel so stressed as this was his first car in canada and that’s how it is treating him.

I purchased a 2010 Nissan Versa, and then asked that they honour their agreement, where if in 15 days you do not like your vehicle, they will swap it out for something you like. 30 if you like them on Facebook. 14 days after the purchase (For approximately 11,000.) I called, I did like them on facebook, so there was still plenty of time to change my mind. They wouldn't swap out the vehicle, which was too small for the town I lived in at the time. When my car was delivered, to start off, it was missing a hubcap, he also snuck in a warranty I never signed for, and found an extra $2000 on my loan. Approximately 40 days after the purchase, the car was written off. It hydroplaned at 70km/h, being the light piece of garbage it was, which was also why I needed something else, the car was too light, and har d to control on the highway. Especially driving out to lease. The vehicle totaled, and me stuck at a 30% interest rate on a piece of xxxx I repeatedly called and told them to take back, the vehicle I picked over my versa was actually over 1,000 cheaper in price then the versa, yet they said they still could not trade it in for me. Upon the vehicle collision, I broke my face, costing me my job. Now, Im not saying the accident is their fault, Im just saying they never honour their guarantees, they have absolutely awful customer service, and they're just out to make a quick buck. They don't care about the safety, nor the condition of your vehicle, as when I was complaining about my hubcab missing, they never did anything to try and get me a new one. Awful place to purchase, would not reccomend to anyone.

As an International purchaser there are a few more hurdles to get through when buying a vehicle for export (without actually being there) Esmaire and Fred at Future Ford made this happen so easy, ever question, delivery to port, info on sales tax exemptions etc was answered within 24hrs. [Defective Parts in My Brand-New 2025 Tucson Hybrid – Completely Unacceptable] I purchased my 2025 Hyundai Tucson Ultimate Hybrid from South Saskatoon Hyundai in July 2025, and within just a few months, I’ve experienced multiple defective parts and repeat mechanical failures. Here’s what has happened so far: – Engine warning light: Diagnosed as a faulty crankshaft, which had to be replaced. – TPMS sensor issue: One of the tire pressure sensors failed and needed replacement. – Engine warning light again: Even after repair, the light stayed on. The dealership later said another sensor was defective and would need replacement. It is completely unacceptable for a brand-new vehicle to have so many defective components and require repeated repairs in less than three months of ownership. On top of that, the dealership refused to provide a courtesy or loaner vehicle, leaving me without transportation for my daily commute between Warman and Saskatoon, where there are no public transit or ride-share options. These ongoing issues raise serious questions about the quality, reliability, and safety of my vehicle. I did not expect to spend this much time in the service department for a new car. I am asking South Saskatoon Hyundai and Hyundai Canada to take responsibility and replace this defective vehicle under warranty. Anything less would be unacceptable given the repeated part failures and inconvenience I’ve faced. I will update this review depending on how Hyundai and the dealership resolve this matter.

I bought a BMW X5m from Saskatoon Barlow motors. Lol. The sales man took us for a scoot then went back to the dealership. I got out. Smelt oil. I said it has an oil leak. Sales manager said that they would take care of it. I said ok. So. Get the call and car is ready. So I bring it home. Tried it out on the 2.5 hour trip. I pulled into Macklyn and smoke was wafting from the hood and the cabin was very Smokey. Crawled under neath in the garage. The oil was all over the trans and the bottom of the car. Then I noticed the tires where worn right down to the wires on the rear tires. One shock was wet with oil. Not a pass for safety check. So they said they would take care of it. Thought it back. It went to modern motors in Saskatoon. Went to go get it and the right front plastic fender is cracked. So. It goes to Calgary to be fixed. Guy says it will be trucked on a trailer. It was driven. Comes back and it’s a xxxxty job. Some paint on the door and clearly see where the fix was. Dirt all in the paint. So it sat there for four months. Then they said they tow it off there property if I didn’t pick it up. So. I picked it up. Now for these issues I have bring it to BMW in Saskatoon. I have learned that Barlow brought the car to have it looked at the valve covers and turbo block was leaking oil. The work was declined. Then they brought it to modern motors. And fixed the bottom of the engine and replaced the left front driveshaft as I was complaining about a bad banging sound under hard acceleration. Now I have brought it to BMW and learn that the transfer case is pooched and Barlow knew about all the work required to fix it but didn’t do it. Don’t buy anything from these xxxxxx. The estimated cost to fix is $20000.00. The original sales guy now owns carget on 51st in Saskatoon don’t go there either.
