Overall, I had a positive experience purchasing my GMC Acadia Denali. Communication was good throughout the process, and buying a vehicle from out of town was handled smoothly. One area that could have been improved was the follow-through on accessories that were negotiated as part of the deal. Since the Ultimate Denali came with carpet mats, we agreed that all-weather mats would be provided because I have young children and dogs. While mats were installed, they appear to be a basic aftermarket option rather than a fitted all-weather set. In the cargo area, the mat was not cut around the seat sections, which prevents access to the car seat tether anchors and limits functionality of the rear seats. This wasn’t a deal-breaker, but I would have appreciated a properly fitted all-weather mat solution that matched the quality of the vehicle and preserved access to all factory features. More
