Service itself from the salesperson was phenomenal. But their inspection of the vehicle I feel like is a lot left to be desired. Upper glovebox is broken, panoramic sunroof weather stripping is broken. But their inspection of the vehicle I feel like is a lot left to be desired. Upper glovebox is broken, panoramic sunroof weather stripping is broken. Both unfixed. I would have assumed those particular things would be rectified prior to listing vehicle. As I am now awaiting parts for them to fix. Feels like I have an incomplete vehicle. Driver side door does not sit flush. I understand I purchased a used vehicle. Nyomai was a bit pushy with the warranties etc until I told her I will buy them later. I showed her the math and she was almost frustrated with me. Hardly responded to emails. I had anxcelant sales person Carl He was very helpful and curtious. He did a sincere job of looking after our needs. BUT unfortunately he was not aware of two things that will cost us a lot more money to and curtious. He did a sincere job of looking after our needs. BUT unfortunately he was not aware of two things that will cost us a lot more money to repair the damage to our new purchase. The roof of the truck is severely damaged at the back of the sunroof. Which will require painting. The driver seat the stitching has let go. The seat has to be repaired. Again things that should have been fixed or repaired before being sold. Someone needs to report this to the sales person prior to the sale. Again I don’t think it’s Carls fault. The person or persons detailing should make some one aware of this. If would have affected the purchasing decisions. It’s alot of extra cost to us. Hope this gets to the right department so that it doesn’t happen to anyone else. S More
