I had my 2020 Honda Passport in for service on Wednesday April 23 and the service on the car was fine however, my wife was made to wait for 30minutes just to pay her bill was outrageous. The car was ready at 2pm my wife was there to pick it up at 2:00pm but was told by the service adviser “Trevor” to wait 30 minutes because he was with a customer. My wife was fuming mad, some else could have cashed her out “not impressed at all” it’s a matter effect I just might take my business somewhere else like “Cambridge “Honda” they are only 7km away. My wife deserved a much better treatment because we are customers for over 25 years. Really really disappointed.

As I was waiting for a specific colour, it was a long time coming from the factory. Pushminder kept me well informed as to my cars progress thru the system. On taking delivery, Pushminder spent much time with my wife and I to be sure we understood all the new electronic systems and all the vehicles functions. Pushminder also was very gracious and treated us to a cup of her special Masala tea. a real treat. I wish Pushminder great success in all her sales endeavors'. Customer service agent at Honda Castle are very disrespectful for servicing center. Even when they talk they will not introduce themself specially their designation or name. Also not particular about time managment and I will never visit again!

I tried to buy a new 2025 Civic Hybrid but the - Wanted to buy

I tried to buy a new 2025 Civic Hybrid but the salesperson - Ali Talib - was cranky (almost surly really) and not interested in any negotiation - either pay the sticker price or tough luck. I have been watching the website price for a couple of months now and it has increased by $300 on two occasions on cars that have been sitting on the lot and are already owned by the dealer. Ali said that Honda mandated the increase and so they are selling at the new price. He said they don't have the inventory they had pre-covid so any negotiating wasn't going to happen. "Honda says"! He really wasn't interested in talking to me at all and I really did want to buy a new car. Oh well. It certainly won't be at Ottawa Honda and may not be a Honda at all now.

I made an appointment to go see a truck there called them back to let them know I would be 30 mins late because I was coming from an houre away never got a response and when I got there they told me they sold the truck 20 mins ago and told me the guy who bought it is probably not going to get approved so if I want I can take the truck for a test drive and they would let me know on Monday if the truck was available and then they never called me on Monday so I called they said Thea they would check for me and called me back and never called so definitely don't recommend this dealer there was something shady going on there!!!!!!!!

they screwed me over twice now on a deal long story short i had deal in place everything was done i told them im fasting and so is mom and im coming to make deal i pass the hamilton bridge the sales person names parikhsat texted his colleague sold the car it was the dealers own fault they didnt commmunicate and then sales manager chadi tells me sorry to im giving tke options like source me a similar car he even said said the inventory we can possibly make a deal nothing i like at the moment i went online checked thier inventory now for 4 days i been tryna get the sales person to get back to he keep ignoring i talked to the sales manager he was extremely rude and aggressive delaying my business by saying oh somone will contact u tmrw and then tell me we can give u the same trade in value no since we where making more on the bmw and i was like who’s fault is that i was coming for the bmw then he hung up
