I just purchased my second acura yesterday and again i cant say enough of good things. Not a great experience on purchase. Misrepresented value of vehicle Salesman promised and did not deliver. Price was wrong when I came to pick up. Fixed then and there not with out a fight. Misrepresented value of vehicle, Told us they had to put vehicle in both names because trade in was in my wife's name. Told me it had to be that way, was in my name on delivery, also no truck plate had to put a car plate on it. Was supposed to get an app never happened. Any ways never a call from the manager or anyone. I love my jeep I probably would not write a review but the 4th call for an oil change I guess they didn't understand that I wa dissatisfied on the first ##^^#&@&$&@ Ask if I need my oil changed. There are alot of dodge dealerships around besides this one.

I had a very disappointing experience with this Toronto Honda dealership. They initially offered a fair price to buy my car, which seemed promising because I received several phone calls, messages and kept on convincing me to bring the car. However, once I arrived, the story completely changed. After driving a considerable distance based on their assurance, they drastically lowered the offer, citing reasons that were never mentioned in our previous conversations. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic. The whole process was a waste of my time and left me feeling misled and disrespected. Their lack of transparency and honesty is highly unprofessional. I would not recommend dealing with this dealership if you value your time and expect straightforward dealings. Overall, a frustrating and untrustworthy experience. I will not be returning and suggest others look elsewhere for more reliable service.

I purchased my BMW X1 brand new a mere year ago, and it has barely clocked 13,000km. Recently, a disturbing error message regarding a 'Driver Restraint System Malfunction' emerged on my dashboard, prompting an urgent visit to Budd's BMW Oakville . Imagine my shock when, after merely a few hours, I was summoned to retrieve my vehicle alongside an inexplicable service bill of $198.00. For a vehicle so new and under warranty, with no history of accidents, this was downright outrageous. The Service Operations Manager, David Bell, had the audacity to blame an alleged obstruction on the back seat for the malfunction, leading to this unfounded diagnostic fee. This isn't just poor service; it's a clear scam. This incident isn't isolated. My initial oil change in January turned into a fiasco when they inexplicably damaged my trunk's closing mechanism and a side hook. Why they were meddling with the trunk during an oil change is beyond comprehension. Reluctantly, I overlooked this incompetence, not wanting to jeopardize the staff's ratings with a negative review. However, this continuous pattern of deplorable service, deceit, and attempts to swindle customers into unnecessary services has compelled me to break my silence. The stark contrast between the service quality I experienced in Markham and the abysmal standards at Budd's BMW Oakville is staggering. It's high time Budd's BMW Oakville is recognized for what it truly is - potentially the worst BMW service center in Canada, if not North America. Their actions not only undermine the service quality but also severely tarnish the prestigious BMW reputation.

Dealership has had my son's vehicle for 10 days to diagnose engine issues, no return calls, can't even get ahold of anyone in service. So many broken promises about a return call it's not even funny! He's now missing work because he has no vehicle to drive and we don't even know what is wrong yet!

I have bought several cars at this dealership since the early 70 s. Mechanics very good. I have had a jeep cherokee since 2014 new and spenT over three thousand in repairs the last few years. A new starter was installed and was faulty and its covered by parts warrenty. But the part will be 3 to 5 days arriving during which time a rental car is needed but the dealership wont pay and its impossible to get thru to mopar. Im left with only small claims court as a soloution. For this reason I donot recommend buying from chrysler in the future. Formerly a very satisfied customer

I have 2020 Sentra. The car was recalled for rearview camera (the car really has problem). I also have had driver side door issue. This was the 4th time. It doesn’t open. We (me and my wife) needed to go to driver’s seat from passenger side. It started operating normal after a day or so. I didn’t see it as a big problem thinking that pressing something might have caused it. This time it coincided with the recall and I asked them to look into it. They asked 160 dollars only for diagnosis. I refused to pay expressing that it’s almost the same kind of problem as rearview camera issue. I have been driving the car for less than 3 years now. But saying that it doesn’t have warranty anymore they refused to see the problem. I insisted and the manager resisted more strongly. The car screen also shows warnings about sensors and other stuff now and then. As my wife liked the car dashboard and its sport look from outside I didn’t care much about the little issues. I and my wife decided to sell the car and have higher quality brand. We’ve had enough. By the way, I went to a mechanic on my home and the mechanic solved the door problem for 20 dollars.

Scammers. Worst experience ever for dealership. I went to Whiteoak Ford to lease a truck. met with sales person Hubert Ho, He quoted me a down payment of 5K+HST. Their price was too high so I went to another dealership who were offering same truck with 3500+HST down payment with free maintenance for 2 oil changes and doesnt need to buy protection plan because it was 2 year lease. however that dealership dint have inventory. Hubert Ho sales person from Whiteoak called me again and promised the price match. he still tried to add up additional charges which i refused. I signed the deal once we agree on 3500+HST down payment and he asked for deposit of 3000 before even the credit application approval. I paid 3K. They submit my credit application and i received a call from Ford Credit check. Next day i received a call from Whiteoak Finance manager Wajahat again that He want to file the Credit application and during the credit application he asked maintenance plan (600 +HST for 5 oil changes) + protection plan 2K which they did not discuss before signing the deal. i realized that this is a scam. if i buy protection or not, they would still overcharge me at the end of the lease. I received call from Max Careau and I asked to cancel the deal and return my money back. which He refused to do so.

I had very bad experience with Yonge Steeles ford Lincoln. I bought the Ford Lightning from them in August 2023. Since then the Ford lightning has a problem with it's Frunk and some OTA Software update services (letter 23B70 from Ford company) in Nov 2023 I try to call and setup service appointment with Yonge Steeles ford' service department but its so hard to get though their system and unfriendly services call center. I complaint to my Sales Rep (Mr. Aravind) and got the name of Service person, Mr. Tony Soprano, he said he will call me back to schedule the service but he never call back, I try to call him a few more time and give up. Finally I have to call and get the service with Yorkdale Ford Lincoln, all my truck problems were solved smoothly within a week. even though I didn't buy the truck from them.

Very unethical and poor business practices. A dishonest, rude, disrespectful and arrogant GM - Amar T. He is not transparent and has no morale ethics, very evasive and dismissive. The car purchased was not "clean condition" as was told. Any issues have not be resolved and is apparent will not as they lack responsibility, integrity and the basic requirement code of ethics under the MVDA. Very poor customer service and no communication once the agreement was signed. The owner avoids communication and any responsibility for my concerns, accountabilty for the aggressive behaviour and poor conduct of his employee towards a woman.

Seriously bad customer service, highly not recommended. Got the time to inspect a car when reached person was not available and no one else could show the car. Waited for the sales person to come back and when he came back rather coming to us he started chatting with his colleagues. When we approached him he handed us over the keys and disappeared. As we didn’t like the car we handed over the keys back and asked about a car parked in next spot. When he told me the price I just said that it seems like higher than market price and sales person rather trying to explain me why it is priced higher than market started telling me that you have no clue about that car and you should not even looking at and left us there with a comment that go on web and if you find a better price of same model I will give it to you. Based on that challenge I sent him a same model car from another dealer and he said ok I will talk to my manager. The sales person was rude and unprofessional highly not recommended.

I had a problem with my air conditioner in 2022 while my warranty was still active. I took it to stricklands to have it looked at, they couldnt find the problem. So they filled it up with Freon and some dye to see where the leak is and told me to watch air flow. The air conditioner was fine till 2024 in june where it stopped releasing cold air and ironically enough my warranty has expired even though I was told not to worry if my air conditioner stops releasing cold air after the warranty expires because I brought it to their attention before the warranty expires but what do I get told? They cant do anything. All I have to say if you have a warranty and you have problem make sure it resolved ASAP before they try to prolong at as long as possible till the warranty runs out and you have to pay out of your pocket.
