Very professional and polite. They always let me know what I need and don't lie about me not needing it right that minute. My car is always taken in almost as soon as I arrive. The Dealership is always clean, with a nice place to sit. They have coffee and a vending machine. This is the only Dealership I have ever trusted with my car. And not all Kia Dealerships are created equal! Cars cost alot of money and Dealerships SHOULD look after their customers. Fortunately I'm with a Dealership that cares very much about their Customers. And I thank them every time my car goes in for Service. I truly have nothing bad to say about anyone there and believe me, I am the first one to complain if there is something to complain about.
