First of all the appraisal of our vehicle was very fair and the sales Edmond Nyanda listened to our specific needs in the new car and was able to professionally help us in our decision making. The made this big step very easy us and we got a car that my family is very excited about. He is also continued after the sale to ensure that everything was in order. The business manager was a lovely lady (sorry I don’t have her name) but she was a pleasure to deal with. Actually everyone at this place was friendly and helpful. Our request for Chardonnay didn’t turn out but oh well. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy a vehicle from Ottawa Chrysler.

I brought our 2016 dodge journey in to the service department over 2 months ago because it would get power but wouldn't start, they charged me over $600 for a new battery even knowing my battery was only 8 months old & was fine. 3 days later the same thing was happening, then they said it was an abs module waited 2 months for the part to come in spent over $2000 in rentals. Went to pick up my car paud them another $750 & it still won't start so they said they needed to boost the battery. Picked the car up the next day was running unitl it sat over night & now won't start again. They have charged me over $1500 for work that didn't need to be done & still don't have a working car.

They sold me a lemon. Also I bought their aftermarket warranty for like $5k and when I tried to make 3 different claims I was denied, because it wasn't listed on the covered parts in the fine print. Like the whole emissions system wasn't covered also the boot part of the drive axle was covered. I also bought the rim and tire after market warranty... they would only cover $150 weld repairs on the rims, but refused to replace the whole rim. I brought the same rim in like 3 times and they only cover like 3 times for repairs for a total of like $700, but I paid way more for the warranty. I bought 3 high end vehicles off CarHub since 2017 to 2022 and they still gave me very poor customer service for a repeat customer. I bought Mercedes GLE last months off another dealership a couple months, no complaints with the service or car. I heard the car business is slow right now because of the economy, they could have made money from this car lover and repeat customer, but they lost me. I am tired of being sold lemons, bad service and buying crappy after market warranties. Stay Away!!! Oh I forgot the last vehicle I bought off them was a Porsche in the beginning of hot summer, I picked up the vehicle drove across the street to my buddy who wanted to see my new car, he pointed out that the rims were cheap aftermarket rims!!! With Winter tires on them!!!! I drove back to the dealership, and told the manager, he said that he would order new tires for a good deal, and of course nothing happened. by the way Porsche tires and rims costs $7k from Porsche. It was summer and I had on Winter tires., so I had to drive all the way to the west end of the city to get appropriate tires. SMH Ended up buying new rims too. SMH I also told the sales guy to please check my oil levels before I picked up my vehicle. Like 30 hours after I picked it up the "check engine oil" light came up. SMH 48 hours after pickup another check engine light came on.. a serious one. But that is another story. STAY AWAY FROM CARHUB!!! Beware. If you have to for some reason, then make sure you dont buy any of their aftermarket warranties and make sure the factory warranty is still remaining on the car!!! Just stay away!!!! By the way I traded in the Porsche to another dealership in less than a year, when they did an inspection of the vehicle, another problem was found and they wanted me to pay for the $3k part from Germany before they took the trade. SMH The tire warranty shenanigans that
I mentioned was for a totally different car that I bought off CarHub, a BMW 6 Series Cabriolet. I just have learned my lesson from that experience.. luckily it had the factory warranty on the rest of the car. SMH
Oh also when you want to talk to a manager about your problems, they wont return your phone call. I had to Google the owner of CarHub, think it was a guy in the USA and I had to DM his Instagram about what happened. SMH Still nothing from him either LOL. I am lucky that
I got money to waste and the economy was better in 2022. I feel sorry for a person who isnt as lucky as me and buys a vehicle from CarHub. Especially during this poor economic situation. Beware, go somewhere else!!!

I recently purchased a used Ram Big Horn 1500 from Raceway. I live 4 hours away from the dealership so I dealt with MJ (Salesperson) and Manjinder (Finance) exclusively by phone or online before picking the vehicle up. Both MJ and Manjinder made the entire process easy and straightforward. All my questions were answered quickly and professionally. I will be back to talk to them when it is time to purchase another vehicle.

Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly.
I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better.
I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side.
So I will be back

Honestly I've had a bit of an annoying experience with this dealership. I agreed to purchase a used Ford Escape from them. During the test drive we noticed the AC wasn't working. The sales dept. agreed to sell the car at the advertised price contingent upon the AC issue being a minor fix. It turned out to require an expensive repair and so both sides pulled back from the deal - no issues with my experience up to this point.
However, I put a small refundable deposit down ($1k) on the vehicle and have had to follow-up multiple times on getting it refunded. 3 times I've had to follow-up in a 12 day span and each time I've gotten a similar story about it being processed within the next 1-2 days. Not the end of the world but frustrating that I'm having to waste my time chasing them down.
This could very well be a one-off situation/experience but I thought I'd share this feedback.

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.

Worst Customer Service - Parts Dept - robco1964
I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.
