I brought my 2014 Jeep Cherokee into the dealership, it was a "lemon" that I unwittingly purchased from a used car dealership. Mark from service walked me through everything that was wrong, the list was long, and braced me for the repair bill. While I went without a car for 2.5 weeks I was always kept informed and ultimately had 2 recalls done, major engine work, a massive discount on an engine part and labor, and ultimately I paid the largest repair bill in my life but I have many new parts warrantied for 2 years and the car drives like a new car!! This is my go to for all future repairs, thanks!

I can’t really express how pissed, disappointed I am with Chrysler in general . Every single dealership just sucks . Money suckers . I took my vehicle twice to diagnose an issue on my vehicle they said they diagnosed it, I bought the part, got it fixed and guess what ? Problem stays there . Took it back to them and now they found another problem, again bought the part, called them a couple times to get it installed no answer left voice mail no call back so took it to another Chrysler which repaired what they said was damaged . Guess what? Problem still stays there . I am sick and tired with Chrysler . Raceway Chrysler just failed me a few times gave them a change but honestly the whole thing is NEVER TO BUY ANOTHER CHRYSLER . I’ve never had so many issues in a vehicle as I am having with Chrysler . I’ve had few Mazdas for over 300k they just drove amazingly . Posted one bill for one of things they said it was the cause but isn’t now another bill of almost 1000$ part and labor and before that paid 180$ plus taxes to find out what problems was . Do yourselves a favour stay away from Raceway and Chrysler .

They sold me a lemon. Also I bought their aftermarket warranty for like $5k and when I tried to make 3 different claims I was denied, because it wasn't listed on the covered parts in the fine print. Like the whole emissions system wasn't covered also the boot part of the drive axle was covered. I also bought the rim and tire after market warranty... they would only cover $150 weld repairs on the rims, but refused to replace the whole rim. I brought the same rim in like 3 times and they only cover like 3 times for repairs for a total of like $700, but I paid way more for the warranty. I bought 3 high end vehicles off CarHub since 2017 to 2022 and they still gave me very poor customer service for a repeat customer. I bought Mercedes GLE last months off another dealership a couple months, no complaints with the service or car. I heard the car business is slow right now because of the economy, they could have made money from this car lover and repeat customer, but they lost me. I am tired of being sold lemons, bad service and buying crappy after market warranties. Stay Away!!! Oh I forgot the last vehicle I bought off them was a Porsche in the beginning of hot summer, I picked up the vehicle drove across the street to my buddy who wanted to see my new car, he pointed out that the rims were cheap aftermarket rims!!! With Winter tires on them!!!! I drove back to the dealership, and told the manager, he said that he would order new tires for a good deal, and of course nothing happened. by the way Porsche tires and rims costs $7k from Porsche. It was summer and I had on Winter tires., so I had to drive all the way to the west end of the city to get appropriate tires. SMH Ended up buying new rims too. SMH I also told the sales guy to please check my oil levels before I picked up my vehicle. Like 30 hours after I picked it up the "check engine oil" light came up. SMH 48 hours after pickup another check engine light came on.. a serious one. But that is another story. STAY AWAY FROM CARHUB!!! Beware. If you have to for some reason, then make sure you dont buy any of their aftermarket warranties and make sure the factory warranty is still remaining on the car!!! Just stay away!!!! By the way I traded in the Porsche to another dealership in less than a year, when they did an inspection of the vehicle, another problem was found and they wanted me to pay for the $3k part from Germany before they took the trade. SMH The tire warranty shenanigans that I mentioned was for a totally different car that I bought off CarHub, a BMW 6 Series Cabriolet. I just have learned my lesson from that experience.. luckily it had the factory warranty on the rest of the car. SMH Oh also when you want to talk to a manager about your problems, they wont return your phone call. I had to Google the owner of CarHub, think it was a guy in the USA and I had to DM his Instagram about what happened. SMH Still nothing from him either LOL. I am lucky that I got money to waste and the economy was better in 2022. I feel sorry for a person who isnt as lucky as me and buys a vehicle from CarHub. Especially during this poor economic situation. Beware, go somewhere else!!!

The dealership diagnosed a cracked washer line for my - D Potter

The dealership diagnosed a cracked washer line for my windshield wipers. $550-$650 to repair. I didn’t buy it and took it to my local guy. The problem was just a detached hose. $100 to reattach it and secure it. Nothing was cracked. Now I remember why I stopped dealing with these guys to begin with.

Could not be happier with the service. Well it was pricey but service anywhere is and new vehicles are way pricier so gotta keep this truck going…. Main thing is problem fixed properly and promptly. I had a coolant leak that another dealership looked at twice and could not diagnose. I brought here and they identified the issue in like an hour,, recommended the fix as well as a few other things ( clean injectors and front brake work) . I said yes to all, got my truck back - runs better and no leak and brakes better. I’ve had issues here in past ( but mechanical repairs are not all simple), but I do see they are trying - at least on service side. So I will be back Thanks guys Mike

I wanted to post a review for both the store and a great salesperson who helped be purchase a car of my dreams. This wasn't an easy process as I live half way across the country in Saskatchewan but Bill Tzagadouris was more than understanding and helpful and made the whole transacion as seamless as possible, I very much apprecieted his efforts. The buying process of negotiation on price and simplicity of the paperwork etc was fantastic I have nothing but great things to say. Bill coordinated it all and helped with shipping of the car to my doorstep. The car was exactly as described and just this week after a long few months of waiting out winter had the car safetied with zero issues. A 2022 Dodge Challenger T/A luv it in Go Mango orange Thx Bill and thx VIllage Chrysler !!

Took my van there as it had a big oil leak. They charged me $2000. Took van home and it was still leaking AND engine sounded strange. Took it back 3 days later only to have tell me it would now cost me 6-8000 dollars to fix the many leaks now. These people rip you off and lie to your face. Total con artists preying on people. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE THERE IT IS HORRIBLE

Excellent dealership with excellent customer service. Went in for a problem that Raceway Chrysler could not fix and they totally took control of the situation and rectified the problem. Their customer service is impeccable; within five minutes they provided me either a loaner vehicle, diagnosed the problem and called me by name. They provided me with an experience that Raceway could not, and their auto mechanics are extremely well versed in the vehicle and are able to provide any Fiat owner with the security that a professional is working on their vehicle.

I needed to get power steering fluid on my lunch, and popped into the dealer to pick some up. I stood at the parts counter while the parts guy walked past me 3 times without acknowledging my presence at the desk. I left and made my purchase at another dealer. How hard would it have been to ask what I needed? I gave them a single star rating as there is no negative option.
