Wish I could give zero stars. Took our vehicle in for a simple sensor replacement and brought it home without the sensor replaced and with $2000 worth of damages to our SCR. They spent over 2 hours attempting to remove the sensor as it seized, instead of calling us to let us know what was going on, and the potential for damages, they ripped out the sensor and cracked the SCR. We then got a phone call informing us that a simple sensor replacement was now costing us $2500. We understand that sensors seize sometimes and that damages can happen, however had Johnston Chrysler done their due diligence to call us and let us know what the situation was we would have immediately told them to stop. Instead we were only given that option after the damages had been done. We paid $370 for a diagnostic fee and their labour to break our vehicle. No remorse, no apology, just a dry uncaring customer service staff. We will never let them touch another vehicle . We drove it off the lot and will be taking it to a competent mechanic with better customer service.
