We have bought multiple vehicles from lakeridge, something must have happened through covid because they have lost it. Incompetent shysty crooks is what they are. Completely disgusted with there attitude and service. Would not recommend to anyone. Never going back.

This dealership is the one to goto, even if you're hours away! Worth the drive, worth the time. I dealt with Sean Robert's who went above and beyond to not only get me a vehicle but to make my dream truck affordable and to make that dream come true! Unlike most salesman, Sean listens! He cares! Sean knew what I wanted, knew every option I required and wouldn't stop until he found the exact specs and the exact truck which he did! Also, Unlike most dealerships sean doesn't lie, rush, pressure, he takes the time to work with you, your budget and needs, he listens to your life events, stories, talks about your family, children and again, he cares. Sean is down to earth, friendly and actually treats you like a human being not like a number which is so rare these days. I was also fortunate enough to meet his son who was fantastic and brought up well. The finance manager was great, straight forward to the point, the gm was great, they didnt waste my time or pressure me either. All and all everything was easy straightforward and stressfree! The way it should be, God bless sean and his family, and thank you! If you want a good dealership that is honest and cares, this is it, but always see Sean if you go there, personally i think he should be gm! Great experience, would rate higher if I could.

One star is simply too many. Worst purchase experience ever. After fighting back and forth to remove the extra charges I am left paying for an undercoating that never happened. I was sold a rubberized undercoat by Roy that included removal all surface rust prior to treatment and I have photos that show it was never applied. Do not trust these guys - it's nothing but lies from them. Today my car is at Krown to be properly treated at my expense.

Very dissatisfied with the service at the dealership. Went in early in morning, not busy, no other customers around. I had a part in my car to replace a faulty HVAC but that was not my concern, I probably could have done that myself. My main concern was car not starting on occasions and I wanted mechanic to check codes etc before any work was done. I asked service person “ could you have the mechanic talk to me first so I can explain what my problem is”. I went and sat in lounge. 15 minutes later they come and tell me my car is done. I said I wanted to talk to mechanic to tell him my problem. He had not dealt with my issue at all. The lady I had asked to do this just sat there and pretended not to pay attention, explain or apologize It wasn’t until I got in her face and said I told you, that she said a very weak and insincere “Sorry”. Went into show room to talk to the general manager, sales person said he would handle it, he listened to my story, went into service bay, but nothing was solved. Will not be back for service or new vehicles

Absolutely horrible experience here I came in to get my back brakes and callipers changed and I paid over $1000 and a day later when I was driving my front left tire flew off going down the 404 Highway. They told me it would be $2500 to repair it and it wasn’t their fault because they didn’t take the front tires off. After checking with my mechanic friend I came back to them and told them they must have taken it off because they had to have taken the tires off in order to install the calliper. Their tune changed and they offered to repair the damage they were responsible for at cost. When I got the car back they told me that there was a ball bearing issue on the front right side now that had nothing to do with the mistake they had made before. I brought it to another mechanic and they informed me that in fact it had directly to do with their responsibility and repairing it in the first place. So the shop lied to me multiple times made me go six days without a car put me in a very dangerous position going full speed and losing a wheel down the highway and made me spend additional cost to fix their mistake. If you would like service like this, please go to this dealership.

I wanted to post a review for both the store and a great salesperson who helped be purchase a car of my dreams. This wasn't an easy process as I live half way across the country in Saskatchewan but Bill Tzagadouris was more than understanding and helpful and made the whole transacion as seamless as possible, I very much apprecieted his efforts. The buying process of negotiation on price and simplicity of the paperwork etc was fantastic I have nothing but great things to say. Bill coordinated it all and helped with shipping of the car to my doorstep. The car was exactly as described and just this week after a long few months of waiting out winter had the car safetied with zero issues. A 2022 Dodge Challenger T/A luv it in Go Mango orange Thx Bill and thx VIllage Chrysler !!

can you give less than one star? Charged over $1000 for a part I can get at several places for $100 . asked if it was a mistake and it seems like it is not, its just price gouging. I will never go to Kingston Dodge for service that is not under warranty.....absolutely criminal. The service department suggests they have no ability to change prices, as that is set by the parts department....Run around much???

After buying a truck and purchasing the extended rust warranty my truck began to rust out the under the door from the inside due to a leaking 3rd tail light. 1 year after I purchased the truck they refused to honor their extended rust warranty and told me I would have been better off to save my money and pay for body work my self because I had to anyway

Drove an hour to this dealership to take a look at a vehicle I was interested in. The vehicle was actually sold a few days before and they failed to notify me. The gentleman I had an appointment with was nice and I don't think it was his fault, he let me test drive a gladiator to make it feel like it wasn't a complete waste of time. Still, poor communication from them and quite upset as I got stuck in traffic on the way back.

Please read this and DO NOT bring your vehicle to this dealership for service. Extremely careless and negligent. Do not trust your vehicle or your safety with these people. If they are careless with those things what are they doing with your wallet? This review speaks of personal experience with the service department only. I recently brought my 2014 Jeep grand Cherokee eco-diesel into Woodstock Chrysler for a safety recall regarding the EGR cooler, which has been known to catch fire in some instances. These fires result in a totally engulfed vehicle and could cause serious injury or death to all passengers and totally destroy the vehicle obviously. Due to service issues under the previous ownership I was hesitant on bringing this vehicle here again even though it’s being widely advertised they are now under “new ownership.” Nonetheless, being a safety recall I brought it to my local dealership in Woodstock ASAP, which is under “new ownership” to have the safety recall completed. I had called three weeks earlier about having this recall completed and was put on a waiting list for parts. I was told it would be a couple weeks if not longer for parts. I waited about three weeks and called the dealership back because nobody reached out to me whatsoever. After service checked with parts for an ETA they were magically going to be getting the parts required in the following day and scheduled me in for the day after that. It was also coincidentally my turn next. Now looking back at this, What are the odds? Keep reading, now things get interesting... I showed up several hours early for the appointment to drop it off before work and parked in front of the service doors as per usual protocol. I went inside to let them know I was there and give them the keys. I had asked them if they could possibly bring the Jeep to the yard where I park my transport truck only around the corner from the dealership when the repair was completed. They immediately refused to do this for me. I explained I’m a transport truck driver and I would not be back until after business hours and I require the Jeep to get home from the yard. They immediately refused once again. Any dealer I’ve dealt with in the past has offered to bring the vehicle back to my home or would pick me up if needed to get my car back without me even asking. These guys weren’t even willing to drive literally around the corner. I said no problem and made other arrangements to pick the Jeep up after hours and headed off to work. I received a phone call about 15 minutes after getting on the highway at work, which was only 30 minutes after leaving the dealership. They advised me that my Jeep was ready to be picked up and did not require this recall as it had a special sticker on the fuel pump indicating it had an engine replacement. However, my engine has never been replaced. Also, this vehicle had an extended warranty on it which just expired last year, meaning if it was replaced it would have been done by a Chrysler dealer and a record of it in the FCA system. They documented this is the reason they were not doing the repair and attached a secondary sheet explaining this is why they did not do the repair. When picking the vehicle up, I questioned them once again about why the recall was not being done. They continued to tell me my Jeep did not require this recall. Yet, when I originally called to book it in they told me they were replacing all of them as it’s a large safety concern and the recall paperwork i received from FCA said the same. It’s a huge safety concern and liability they are all to be properly inspected and replaced. Being a significant safety concern and with my wife and kids being in this vehicle often I was pretty bothered by this. Especially, since I know my engine has never been replaced and something seemed off with the whole thing. The service advisor even had a hard time finding words when talking to me. She was constantly stuttering or didn’t know what to say and seemed nervous. I didn’t think much of this until later and I started putting pieces together. I read the extra paperwork they attached to the invoice saying they did an inspection and it did not require it. Directly on the paperwork they provided me it said if the check engine light is on to plug it in and check for codes and inspect those parts under recall. My check engine light was clearly on when the vehicle was dropped off and I have a photograph of this with the exact matching mileage on the Jeep as their services paperwork proving this. The Jeep was also parked in the same spot I left it approximately 30-40 minutes earlier. Directly in front of the service doors with the same vehicle parked behind it that arrived just after me. I photographed this as well. It is evident that not only did they not check the Jeep, they did not even bother to plug it in and check for codes. They likely didn’t even check under the hood for these “stickers“ that they claim indicated The engine had been replaced and it did not require recall. A simple search on my vehicle will show that the engine has never been replaced. I immediately called the dealer back after reading this paperwork and indicated they obviously did not check anything as the paperwork they gave me said if the engine light is on they need to do a thorough inspection. They did not believe me that the check engine light was on. I explained they would know different if they actually looked at my vehicle because it’s clearly on. They asked I bring it back the following week sometime so they can check the codes but said it’s still not requiring the recall part replacement regardless. At this point, I lost all faith in this dealership. I became concerned that not only are they careless and negligent, but there may be some other shady reason for playing this game and I don’t want to be left with a major safety concern. I mean did they even get the parts? Are they holding them for resale due to parts shortage to try to make more money on it? Are they still trying to get paid from Chrysler for this recall repair even though they literally did nothing? I reached out to a different dealership and made an appointment for the same recall. I explained what happened at this dealership. The other dealer advised me they have been replacing every single EGR cooler under this recall as it is a huge safety concern. They checked my vehicle history and confirmed there was never an engine replacement and also not one on record in the FCA system. I confirmed this further through Carfax that this is also true as it would have been indicated there as well. There is no record of an engine replacement and I have never replaced the engine. I have now brought this vehicle to the other dealership for a proper inspection. The other dealer advised me the recall was definitely needed and necessary and they were completing the repair immediately. They said they had no idea what Woodstock Chrysler was looking at that would indicate it did not require the recall or that it had an engine replacement because there aren’t any indicators. They know what to look for and there was nothing there. They also offered to drive the vehicle back my house for me when completed. I asked if they could bring it to the yard where I park so I have it to get home after work. They said no problem at all. This other dealer is about 30 times the distance further than Woodstock Chrysler, who wouldn’t even drive it around the corner. It is evident to me that this “new ownership” is no better and possibly even worse than the previous ownership when it comes to service. The issue I had with the previous ownership was also that they me with a safety issue after servicing my vehicle And took no accountability for it whatsoever. It was also an issue at that time that could have either destroyed my vehicle’s engine or caused a fire which could’ve been detrimental to my family. This dealer has now put me in the same situation several years later in a different vehicle under “new ownership.” However, this time it was for a safety recall that was supposed to be done no matter what. Yet, they refused to do it and definitely did not check anything properly prior to making that decision. I still don’t know the reasoning as to why they would do something this stupid she blatantly negligent, but I am definitely going to be looking into it further. I hope this dealer receives all possible ramifications in this instance. Hopefully this review will help someone else and possibly even save a life. This is now the second time this dealership has put me and my family at risk after bringing my vehicle to them. New ownership or not it’s pretty evident it’s all smoke and mirrors. DO NOT COME HERE for service!! It’s not worth the risk to your vehicle or personal/family safety.

Very aggresive and they will wear you down until you can no longer think straight and then the boss called me dramatic when I said they are aggresively pushy. They do not answer your questions about other cars except for upping the interest on them so it looks like there are no real savings. Deeply regret dealing with them. Never again!!!

Metro has finally packed their tent up and flocked off in the middle of the night. I bought my 2012 Ram 1500 regular cab short box there. 5000 k I had to take it back because the front right rim was seized on the hub...no rust just seized. The first winter I had water in behind the seat. The brake light on the cab was leaking through the seal. Metro wouldn't pay for it and said I'd have to buy a complete light assembly. At 20k my rear rotors were fried cause of hard spots on the rotors...no warranty. At 23k the front rotors had 1/8th of an inch thick rust on them...no warranty. In the third winter I had no heat...none...in -30c for 3 days...froze my butt off. Problem with the soft wear and Metro installed a bypass on the computer. As a result I barely had heat and no vent worked at ankle level. I got all my oil changes done at Metro as per the warranty. In Dec of 2016 the engine light came on the 2nd week. Metro worked on it for 3 hours...ended up putting a new service engine sensor in the engine. A month and a half later a severe engine knock started and loss of power. Metro found metal filings in the motor. Said I'd have to pay the teardown if I were to get some kind of warranty since I was a few weeks over the 5 years...I only had 40k on the truck...never pulled or carried any load. I asked the service guy why I lost power...He told me there is a knock sensor in the motor that will cause the computer to retard the timing when a catastrophic engine failure is detected causing a loss of power. At that point I had enough of these clowns...told them to give me my frikin bill, give me my frikin truck and I'm frikin outta here....It's funny and highly suspicious that the check engine sensor they replaced 2 months earlier didn't come on when the computer was alerted to the engine failure. I'm left with the idea that the sensor was disabled to get me past the warranty of 5 years. Metro wouldn't pay for the teardown or weeks worth of car rentals and when I called Chrysler Canada the girl told me they wouldn't honor the warranty. I'm so glad Metro is done and I hope those bums enjoy kicking their lunch boxes down the road...And...NEVER buy another Dodge product EVER again.

I received a call this morning from the parts department at SW Chrysler Dodge Inc telling me that the running boards I ordered for my Ram 1500 two weeks ago have arrived. I called the service department and got a same day appointment to install them. I arrived on time and was kindly welcomed by Maria. I was waiting in the show room lounge when Maria came in and told me that they may have delivered the wrong parts. Maria assured me that she will take care of this and will follow up with the parts department to fix the issue. And she indeed did. She advocated on my behalf and saved me money as I was quoted an amount that was less than what I would pay today. Maria ensured that the work was done in a timely manner and that it was to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Maria as a service advisor and will definitely come back for my regular service for my truck.

Buyer beware**| have leased vehicles for years from this dealership- until my last lease I will never lease from them again. Last year I returned my vehicle and they put me in another lease I was under my kms). Two weeks later I get an invoice from the leasing company stating I owe $3000 for overage in my kms. I immediately called the dealership and spoke with my salesperson- they ask the manager. He said that when Ileased the previous vehicle they had it set to go to the States, so odometer was changed over to read mileage and never changed back when I took the vehicle. So l have been under the assumption that the odometer was reading kms- something they kept from me. I was furious. I left a message for the manager and her response to me was if I feel I am getting close to my mileage they can get me into another vehicle. The overage in mileage was not their problem. Now I am on the hook for paying for this mileage that I was never aware of. All I can advise anyone is steer clear of this dealership and their fraudulent ways of doing business

Absolutely never take your vehicle here for service. Paid to have my calipers change and one was not changed I paid to have changed. Also where is the caliper I bought and paid for that you took money from me to install. I am now out your labour cost and the cost of the caliper. See you in court!
