I was at the dealership dropping off my vehicle for service when I hear one of the staff on the phone yelling at a customer. The staff member was very rude to the Person on the phone. Absolutely horrible had I not needed the serving I was booked for and time constraints I would have walked out. I have since found a new dealership to service my vehicle. I have since learned the staff members name was Anna. She definitely needs help with her customer service skills. No person should be talked to that way.

We were pre approved with our own financing which Car Hub was upfront and told us the price would be $2200 more if we didn't use their financing. We declined their financing and then they were a nightmare to deal with, car salesman (Pax) ghosted me, they had their manager (George) call me saying they would not sell the car to my finance company but would sell to me only. We made it work by wiring $ from our finance company into our account and then wire $ from our account into Car Hubs account (cost us over $100 to do so). They would not give us the bill of sale for some unknown reason for 2 extra days which delayed the whole process (told us on Friday 10am they would send us the bill of sale but would not give it to us. We had to go physically into the building as they would not answer our texts or calls for it. George then told us their higher ups would not give the paperwork to us until Monday at 10am but wouldn't tell us why - not sure why they couldn't tell us this on the phone as we live an hour away). Then on Monday told us the $ had to be wired into their account by Wednesday at the latest (this can take 1-3 days to wire $, especially now since they wouldn't accept the $ or even speak with my finance company). We had a trade in to start with and they visually looked at it and gave us a price. Then they told us once we were ready to sign the deal that we had to bring the car back in so they could mechanically inspect it and the pricing could change. They said they don't firm $ up until we are ready to sign as it costs them $ to have it inspected (we thought everything was done and I had a final price from my finance company that we agreed upon - now it could change according to what Car Hub would give us now for our trade in). We then removed our trade (as we decided to keep it) and they were not happy about it. Told us over the phone that they make $ on financing, trade ins and extra warrantee - all of these we declined. Very unprofessional to say this over the phone but it makes sense on why they were so miserable with us. We then dealt with their finance guy Chris Dafos who was the only saving grace of this company. He was great to deal with and helped me through the process and we got it done. I would never step foot in or ever purchase a car from here. They were the only dealership that had the model of car I wanted (2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Summit Reserve - which I do love and the car is stunning) or I would have walked a long time ago. Very stressful and they were not helpful at all.

1-Star Review: The Worst Dealership Experience of My Life – Avoid Mississauga Chrysler at All Costs I bought a vehicle from this awful dealership and deeply regret it. Mississauga Chrysler is filled with scammers who will take your money, sell you a car with issues, and then completely ignore you once the deal is done. They sold me what was supposed to be a brand-new vehicle, but the driver's door had clearly been repainted. When I pointed it out, they shrugged it off and told me to “contact Chrysler.” No accountability whatsoever. They also lied about the warranty. I was told the SRT I purchased only came with a 60,000km warranty and that I needed to buy an extended one. That cost me $7,400, and they promised documentation for it would arrive with the vehicle—it never did. On top of that, they kept my $1,000 security deposit, and the paint protection film they installed looks like it was applied by a child—bubbled, uneven, and sloppy. I reached out immediately on the day of delivery, and have followed up every single day since, contacting Gagan Sandhu, Anurag Jallan, Adam Willinsky, and Michael Dorosti by both phone and email. Not one person has responded—not even to acknowledge my concerns. I've since filed complaints with Chrysler Canada, the Better Business Bureau, OMVIC, and more. If you’re considering buying a vehicle here—don’t. These guys give the entire industry a bad name. Hands down the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had.

When I took the car for test drive it had my name printed on a paper which was very personable, nice touch, it sure made an good impression on me! Danny the owner came to say hi, Alex and Joshua and Brad were all very professional. I can highly recommend this dealership and their service. The ownership paperwork and licence plate was rushed from Service Ontario Orangeville location, which helped with receiving my new car in no time! Thanks Shamar and everybody else making my car purchase experience excellent, I love my new car!

Stay far away from this dealership and know that they use predatory sales tactics, especially if you are a senior and don’t know a lot about buying a car. They coerced a senior family friend into extended warranties and add ons that totalled MORE than the cost of the used car they sold her and convinced her that she’d be “saving money” by borrowing through them rather than paying up front in cash. She could have bought a brand new 2025 model of the same used 2019 car they sold her for less than all the add ons they insisted that she needed. Pembroke Chrysler will look for every opportunity to lie to and exploit their customers to get more money in their pockets and they should be ashamed of themselves and their actions!

Terrible experience with financing options and the salesman. We left the dealership because we told them we are not trying to haggle we just don’t want expensive payments and this doesn’t match our needs so we left. They called us back to offer more incentives and the cost was way over what we said would be our top budget. It was uncool to offer something yiu can’t even come close to especially once we had already left and said no. I’d be weary of someone who had tons of sales awards on the wall. It doesn’t mean that they are a good salesperson it means they will do whatever it takes to get the sale. There is a difference. We would never go back there they meet the definition of car salesman! He wasted our time and made us think this sale was possible when he knew it wasn’t. We were leaving to go to a different dealership and he called us back promising so much more than he could offer. At the end of the day I’m mad at myself for trusting this person as they were so misleading.

BEWARE IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW CAR HERE - Alex Vince, the sales person, wanted nothing to do with me after he received the cheque for the car and refused to deal with any of the outstanding issues. I made a complaint to management about him and received no response to date. He cost me a lot of extra time and money, and appeared to either have very little knowledge of the products he was selling or said things just to make you buy the car (but didn't follow through) - he was disrespectful and utterly rude to me. To add to the incompetence, I was actually given a new water pump instead of a charger for my car (it is an EV)!

It has been a year since I purchased a used 2015 Kia Forte from Wellington, here is my experience with the car. - Noticed the vehicle didn’t have a donut for flat tires, remember this. - After a little over a month, breaks started giving out, and I needed a new master cylinder ($900) - After getting that fixed, tech noticed that the brake lines were rusted; luckily, my local Kia dealership found this was a recall. It would have probably been a $1200 job. - Four months in, the shark fin car antenna broke off ($60) - 8 months in, the fan blower connector fuse was fried. Needed a new connector and fan blower. Luckily, I was able to fix that myself – still, new fan blower and connector ($100) - After about 11 months, the tire wear was exceeding two flats on my front tires (would be nice to have a donut), and extensive wear on the rear tires tread was almost gone. Replacing 4 tires ($800). - 12 months, spark plugs and coil causing a misfire with the engine, because those were worn, $450 repair. - A little over a year in, the windshield wiper motor was blown, $400. Needless to say, this car has been an absolute annoyance to deal with. $2710 in repairs with a little over 1 year of ownership. I find it an absolute laugh riot when they call to leave messages about getting service at their location. Would never consider getting another vehicle from this location; they’re no better than the sketchy used car lots you see sprinkled across this province. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

At 1130 went to pick up my vehicle and was informed that it was the next vehicle to go into the shop. 2 hours later and still no oil change. When I got home, there was an e-mail saying that Galt Chrysler removed my e-mail address from their system. EXCELLENT customer service NOT.

One star is too many. Even after putting a $2,500 deposit on a truck they sold it from under me. I made a deal on a truck here with Sam Yekta and we had an agreed trade value on my truck - all set and ready to sign the bill of sale. Then Sam calls me to tell me they thought my truck was two years newer (even though they had the VIN#) and therefore the trade value dropped by over 40% ($4,500). Sam then told me he would revise the bill of sale and send it to me the next day to be signed. The next day Sam sends me a text message to notify me the truck has been sold to someone else. Extremely frustrated with this dealership, the salespeople, and Management. The entire process has been anything but smooth.

I dealt with Sean Robert's who went above and beyond to not only get me a vehicle but to make my dream truck affordable and to make that dream come true! Unlike most salesman, Sean listens! He cares! Sean knew what I wanted, knew every option I required and wouldn't stop until he found the exact specs and the exact truck which he did! Also, Unlike most dealerships sean doesn't lie, rush, pressure, he takes the time to work with you, your budget and needs, he listens to your life events, stories, talks about your family, children and again, he cares. Sean is down to earth, friendly and actually treats you like a human being not like a number which is so rare these days. I was also fortunate enough to meet his son who was fantastic and brought up well. The finance manager was great, straight forward to the point, the gm was great, they didnt waste my time or pressure me either. All and all everything was easy straightforward and stressfree! The way it should be, God bless sean and his family, and thank you! If you want a good dealership that is honest and cares, this is it, but always see Sean if you go there, personally i think he should be gm! Great experience, would rate higher if I could.

Purchased a 3 yr. old car from this dealership less than 12 months ago. Battery died and couldn't get into dealership to replace for almost 2 weeks. Had it done at my own mechanic and the dealer just says nothing they can do because I didn't go to an FCA dealership. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.

One star is simply too many. Worst purchase experience ever. After fighting back and forth to remove the extra charges I am left paying for an undercoating that never happened. I was sold a rubberized undercoat by Roy that included removal all surface rust prior to treatment and I have photos that show it was never applied. Do not trust these guys - it's nothing but lies from them. Today my car is at Krown to be properly treated at my expense.
