If you value honesty, safe vehicles, and basic professional courtesy, take your business elsewhere. My vehicle is my transportation to and from wherever I need to go. After this dealership sol professional courtesy, take your business elsewhere. My vehicle is my transportation to and from wherever I need to go. After this dealership sold me a defective 'lemon', a Check Engine Light (CEL) appeared 4 days after it was delivered. I was told it was a battery issue after a service tech diagnosed it, but they never made a Report Order—which is a violation. I have audio of this violation. They cleared the code to make it feel like everything was good. 3 days after the CEL was cleared, it came back. I checked it myself, and my photos show the exact codes that appeared: P1524 #07E8 and #07E9. Trying to get the vehicle in for another check was a communicative nightmare. I asked for an appointment and didn't get one set up until I made a pop-up appearance at the dealership 4 days later. I was promised an email or call, received neither, and had to be the one calling back as if I worked there. This process felt like a second job I should've been paid for. The sun visor mirror was broken and wasn't replaced until asking a third time. The vehicle wasn't even detailed. I asked for a replacement vehicle as a show of good faith and was delivered a 3-year newer 2023 vehicle of the same make and model. That replacement was delivered with a noisy blower motor (which usually relates to debris or a faulty defroster). Worst of all, they acted in complete bad faith: I discovered they had secretly scavenged a broken sun visor mirror from my returned 'lemon' and installed it into the new truck. If they take a defective part from one vehicle, there's a high chance they are doing it to others on that lot. I have dated photographic evidence of the exact same broken part in both vehicles, and audio of their staff laughing about the deceptive swap. Since this was a "Settlement Vehicle," I asked for a few minor fixes: replace the swapped broken mirror, fix the unaligned rear bumper, bend the left exhaust pipe to its OEM position, and paint the stripped paint on the rear right bumper. I also mentioned the right rear taillight was scratched. I was told to fix these issues myself and bring it to a body shop. When I went to the body shop to set up an appointment date, I asked who was paying for it. They didn't know and told me to call the body shop back in an hour after they call the dealership. Right after the talk with the body shop I called the sales rep, who evasively told me I had to pay for it. I asked for the GM and was told he "wasn't at the dealership or anywhere even close." I called the body shop back, and they told me they just spoke to the GM—he was at the dealership the whole time and claimed he never heard any news about this 2023 vehicle needing fixes. I drove straight to the dealership to demand some integrity. I was brushed off by the GM until I finally spoke with the Finance Manager and Used Car Sales Manager to get my words heard, with zero help from my sales rep. To top it off, they ghosted me for five straight days while they had the truck in their service bay, refusing to provide promised updates. Their delays and incompetence directly cost me significant income. They prioritize hiding their mistakes over providing functional, safe vehicles. It's probably why they've changed names so many times over the years. I will be escalating their fraudulent safety inspections and deceptive practices to OMVIC and the Ministry of Transportation. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP! !!!! I was extremely happy with my 2024 Dodge Ram and was not in the market for anything new, then I get a call from a sales rep I had used in the !!!! I was extremely happy with my 2024 Dodge Ram and was not in the market for anything new, then I get a call from a sales rep I had used in the past and just moved to this dealership… so, I thought there was trust… I was “specifically” told they wanted me to trade in my 2024 for a 2025 Ram Rebel, and the “only” difference would be $20 more per month…. I repeatedly kept asking, no other strings and I was told repeatedly that everything would be exactly the same. So, I had only $40k owing on my previous truck and Max Dabbouseh who was the sales man confirmed that they would take mine in as a trade in (being it was only a year old), and get me into a new one with nothing changing except the payments increasing by $20/month. I agree to it, now… seeing as I had used Max at the other dealership, I made the mistake of trusting him and signed on the agreement as I was extremely rushed dealing with a personal family health matter and had to leave almost right away. Only to find out that when I get my statement from the bank that I now owe almost $90k…. The price for a brand new truck (and they try and justify it with “savings” which is all xx) and it went from 7 years and e months remaining to a full 9 years… So, the $50k I had into the 2024 Ram is completely gone and I now owe an additional $50k which will be gone in a year when the truck depreciates. I approached Max who told me, I’m busy right now with Months end, I’ll get back to you when I can…. Nothing, no call, no solution… nothing!!! I even said, just get me back into my old truck as I didn’t want this to begin with…. Nothing! You would think that when you have purchased as many vehicles as I have from his previous dealership (as I have a fleet for my company)…. And with me looking to replace much of the fleet as it ages.. they wound have wanted resolution…. Nope, nothing at all. I even had to go back twice as they couldn’t put the truck into the right name and then had forgotten to have me sign a portion…. Probably how this scam all went down. This is only step one as I do not think people should take advantage of people’s kindness and they should be held accountable. Yes, I shouldn’t have trusted him and gone through the document with a fine tooth comb. But the dealership Should have been transparent about things and not taken me for a ride for over $50k. I’ll be doing everything I can to leave reviews, report and turn this over to my lawyer as of today as I’ve given Max and the dealership enough time to respond. More
Bought a 2023 used ford. They put it up on the hoist and showed me under the vehicle. Gave me quite a bit on the trade in. All good so far. They put it up on the hoist and showed me under the vehicle. Gave me quite a bit on the trade in. All good so far. More

He cheated me with a completely damaged vehicle. I did not know the inside details of the van, I needed the vehicle because of my work. I work very far away from the place where I live. Ever since I got the vehicle there has been a BIG ISSUE AT LEAST ONCE IN A MONTH (MAJOR ISSUE) and I paid crazy amounts to fix the problem all the time. When driving on the highway the vehicle stops with a red alarm. It is not just repairing. I literally feel I am in danger every time I drive the van. Please PUBLIC don’t buy any vehicle from this dealer. I am writing this for public safety and everyone’s well-being. I suffered and am suffering still with this vehicle. Well wear do I start. Firs I am surprised that this is as high as 3.3 but I guess that they don't screw up everyone's sale. I bought a 2017 Tucson with 162k in September of 2022. Here are my issues so far up to and including today. 1. Back up cameras stopped working. Paid $150 deductible on the crappy extended warranty I bought. 2. Engine blew in October 2022, it had been on recall for years but instead of fixing it or letting me know, they let me buy it. 3. LIN BUS errors 4. My headlights randomly turn on and off 5. Most recent I have a low tire. I only know this because a neighbour pointed it out because my xxxxx tire sensors do not work. I had a A/C problem that I took it in for and after 3 hours they wanted to charge me a diagnostic fee of over $300 to tell me that. It's July, its 28 degrees out. I know. Took it to a local place that fixed it for $130.00 I complained a few times but to no avail, so I gave up. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!! Consider yourself warned. More
