Hade several vehicle service visits at My Mississauga Chrysler recently (2 vehicles). In all cases the process went very smoothly which was managed by the service advisor, Rodney Maysingh. The service work was completed in a timely fashion and I was kept current of the work as it progressed. There were no surprises relative to the bill amount when I picked up the vehicle (s). I also appreciated the feature of a complimentary ride to and from the dealership also arranged by the service advisor. I did have an interaction with the parts department manager who went out of his way to obtain some difficult to find certain auto parts along with his advice on various options. The bottom line is that I would strongly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for quality customer service on their Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle. Leo T More

Getting a car is always a dream. My first meet with Haas in this dealership was almost a closing time. But it was memorable as the way he welcomed me I felt it was friendly. Do Not Recommend. Misrepresented the vehicle. Kilometres were much higher than the ad read, price was much higher than ad as extra fees were added. We were told the Service Manager decided he did not want to return the vehicle to the dealership for us to view as he was using it for the weekend. Not at all professional. Unfortunate for the salesman that Management made it so difficult for him to make a deal with us. We bought another vehicle elsewhere. Less kilometres, newer, higher model for the same money. More
