In July 2017, travelling thru whitecourt, our truck broke down, we had it towed to spruceland Ford, all we asked for was to have our truck fixed, simple request, but all we got was a run around, now the way I see it .... if u can do it -ok, if not let me know & I'll just take it somewhere else to get it done.... don't play the role Dave!!!!but 3- weeks later we bought a new truck from spruceland, thx to Kelly , sales manager.... see Dave ... I think u better take lessons on customer service.....sales department-1.....service department-0.....

A few months ago I was searching for a used car and after finding the car I was looking for online at Coach auto sales, I went to the dealership to have a closer look. I was greeted by Todd and we began to go over the car in the comfort of their showroom. I liked what I saw and heard so I put a deposit down that night. The next day there was a storm so I never took it for a test drive. I called Todd and was about to arrange a drive for another day and he advised me that the car was sold. I was shocked and in disbelief, Todd gave me a reason as to how this happened and he was committed to try and make things right by me. I replied, awhile later, stating that I found the exact same car I was going to buy from them at another dealership and that they should buy it and then sell it to me for what I was going to pay for the first car. This is where Darcy the manager comes in. It was late into the evening when Darcy responded to my email, I was honestly surprised at Darcy's replys when he agreed with my solution and would do whatever he could. The next day he called me and told me he got the car and it would be in Edmonton by the following weekend. I was impressed, relieved and very happy, you see this car was listed much higher than the first one I looked at it had a few less kms. and was 500 kms away. Darcy honoured the price from the first deal I was going to make and as I found out the second car ended up costing more than what I bought it for. I wrote this story to first show my pleasurable experience with Coach Auto Sales and to recommend this dealership to anybody. What they proved to me was that this company is committed to exceeding customer expectation. Good job!

I am a younger driver that thought I knew what I wanted when I walked through the front door. When I started talking to warren my sales guy I knew the truck I wanted was not truly the one I wanted. We talked about a few different trucks bringing each one out to look at till we found the amazing blue 1500 I own now. Once I realized it was the truck for me we went in and started talking to Dominique about pricing and if we could get it with my other payments into my budget. After a little bit of off topic banter that made me feel like we where friends not just customer/sales we came to a number I know I was happy with.( was probably lower than they wanted) we shook on it. Upon pickup I came pretty unexpected and they had the truck ready within about 30 mins and booked me in to get the full cleaning and service at a later date that worked for me. To be short I would not even hesitate to go back again and talk to warren and Dominique. Made me feel at home and got me a way better truck for my needs for the cheaper than I expected.

My salesperson, Minh, understood what I was looking for and did not try to sell me something I didn't want or need. Minh is very accommodating and truly understands customer service. I had a horrible traumatizing experience at this dealership. Spend your money elsewhere. I’m not saying all the employees are bad but the sales guy I dealt with left me crying as he bullied me infront of everyone. He ruined my purchase experience of buying a vehicle and I’m just shook the dealership didn’t even try to make him apologize for his actions and words, and he got away with treating a customer the way he did. Buying a vehicle should be a pleasant experience and this employee doesn’t know the spelling of pleasant. Take ur money and business where you’ll be appreciated.
