Bad experience with nissan spruce grove finance manager natasha! If you don’t get the extended warranty that she will offer. She will be rude and say anything that she wants. I said to her that i do not need the warranty because i do have a mechanic brother and she said to me “did you’re brother will pay the parts? Did you’re brother will pay this and that? And she said if she is on my shoes, she will not let any of her family member to work for her for free!” Well who are you to tell me that? You even said my decision is silly because i refused to get the warranty! That is so rude!! Be aware of this finance manager named natasha. I’ve been dealing with a lot of finance person but she is the worst! The work ethic of being professional is not with her. No calls and no reaching out from any of the manager after it happened. So i never recommend nissan spruce grove dealership in alberta! More

Absolutely terrible experience following a purchase i made here. I purchased a used vehicle off the lot that clearly was not properly inspected prior to my purchase. Less than a week after i had purchase made here. I purchased a used vehicle off the lot that clearly was not properly inspected prior to my purchase. Less than a week after i had purchased the vehicle, one of the brakes had seized up due to a nearly disintegrated pad that should have been replaced before listing the car. Now, after a little under three months of driving the car, the line coming from the radiator to the transmission had exploded and left me stranded. The service advisor had told me it was due to corrosion, which may be the case but absolutely impossible for it to corrode that much in three months of ownership. I have been declined any sort of warranty following this fault on the dealerships end. More
