EXCELLET PURCHASE EXPERIENCE !! We had been looking for some time for a used car- specific 2024-2025 cx5- with particular motor and options. Been to a few dealers in Airdrie and Red Deer and I must say Country Hills Nissan was by far the best experience of them all. No pressure tactics, no demanding "down payment" to "hold" vehicle until we could get there to see it and then fight to get it back. Stopped in Country Hills Mazda, Moe was great ! Moe took the time, was most helpful and really seemed sincere. Took the car for test drive- negotiated, came to an agreement and purchased. Both the sales team and financing dept were transparent about pricing, exploring different finance scenarios and made the entire process comfortable- no stress, no regret. Never felt uneasy, rushed or manipulated. I read some of the reviews and was worried but then realized people are more prone to sharing bad experiences than good ones, so I took it with a grain of salt. I can't speak for everyone but we had a very good experience.

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I placed a deposit on a vehicle after discussions with the sales representative, Vipul Srivastava. Based on the information provided to me at the time, I proceeded with the transaction. However, later there were delays and changes in communication which were not clearly explained. Due to unforeseen circumstances, the deal did not proceed. I requested the return of my deposit, but I was informed that it could only be adjusted toward the purchase of another vehicle. During a follow-up visit, I was asked to leave the premises while trying to resolve the matter, which made the situation more uncomfortable. Overall, I found the communication and handling of my deposit unsatisfactory. I recommend future customers carefully review all written terms and clarify refund policies before placing a deposit.

They sold us a defective truck. How this place has more than 2 stars is amazing to me. We told them within the same month it wasnt working - the AC and heat only worked in some vents- they took it in to said they cant fix it. Had us take it to the Toyota shop. They used our extended warranty without our permission and after they assured us they didnt use it. The parts is up to a year for heat or AC to work in our new truck. which after taking it in, doesn't work at all. They offered us a lesser truck and for us to take a 8,000 loss and not refund us on the Extended warranty they used without permission. This alone was a 5,600 investment, just used up now for a problem they had, and we are sure they knew about before we purchased. No heat in Alberta is a problem. We have kids and not only that- how do you defrost your window? Do not buy here- They do not stand behind what they sell. We are using AMVIC at this point to try and force them to do the right thing. And before they reply stating to talk to a GM - we did. Andrew told us to take his offer or he could "be a dick and force us to wait on the part". His words. This was in MAY! We purchased in MAY! we told them about it in MAY! Its so much money to trust in people like this. Do not trust buying here.

I was stressed out shopping for a new truck primarily because I don’t do well in high pressure environment. I’ve walked out of a Chrysler dealership because I was so uncomfortable with the sales tactic. Brasso was recommended by a few Reddit users. Did my research and ended up buying actor tier. Justin was genuinely a good guy. He kept on telling me how good the Tacoma was and that I’d be happy with either that or a frontier. Based on that, I chose to end my viewing at the Toyota dealership. Genuine staff should be rewarded. I know when I do come in for service, it would be painless.

I bought a used Juke on the 13th of Marchand I love the car The salesman Jon was very good. When l picked up the car it it was very clean Thats where it all went south.. I was handed 2 sets of keys. One was programmed fir the car and the other was an after market fob. I was told that its like $150 to program it so I thought I'd go elsewhere to get it done cheaper O had a locksmith come yo my house and he tried fir 45 minutes and he couldn't get it to work. So on the 23rd I called Cochrane Nissan and got put through to service and was told that someone would get back to me and it is now the 26th and I'm still waiting. I do understand that they get busy but this is ridiculous . Norm Sharlow
