I am very disappointed with the dealership. I came into test drive a new Pathfinder.After testing driving the car I saw on the website I was told that the price for that vehicle was higher than what was advertised online due to some extra items. I was given a sheet with the pricing. It had a market price and a your price, both of which had no tie in to the online price. There was a bit of a breakdown of what was included but that came out to a different number again, with no detail even after the manager telling them to give me an itemized breakdown. I expressed my disappointed and was called by the sale manager who told me that the online price did include all of the extras they addied the day I came in. I was called by the sales person a day ago and I said just send me by email what you are willing to take for the car. I still have not heard back. There was a general lack of respect for the fact that this is a big decision spending a large amount of money. Someone brought a dog into the dealership that got better attention than me.

I was stressed out shopping for a new truck primarily because I don’t do well in high pressure environment. I’ve walked out of a Chrysler dealership because I was so uncomfortable with the sales tactic. Brasso was recommended by a few Reddit users. Did my research and ended up buying actor tier. Justin was genuinely a good guy. He kept on telling me how good the Tacoma was and that I’d be happy with either that or a frontier. Based on that, I chose to end my viewing at the Toyota dealership. Genuine staff should be rewarded. I know when I do come in for service, it would be painless.

I had a pleasure buying Nissan Rogue for our daughter. I had a wonderful experience with the sales person Jenn Harris. All my expectations were met. Customer service excellent. All my questions were answered straight forward with honesty without any feeling of xx. Our needs were catered with respect and full attention. I felt at ease. There was no hard selling. Actually she did not sell me the car but excellent customer service which eventually convinced my wife and myself to buy the Nissan rogue for our daughter. Purchased a used infiniti Q50. - rilcoat

Purchased a used infiniti Q50. Numerous service amvic inspection issues. 1- reported rack was pass, yet it was leaking. 2- reported battery good yet it was covered with acid. 3- couldn't even check tire pressure during delivery which 2 tires were below 28 lbs. I was never informed of only one key fob for the car until I was picking up. Unfortunately the fob I have is glitchy and not even after a few days of ownership is the dealer even going to fix this problem. I told Divij that there are times I can't start the car. Nothing done. Looks like I will never recommend or purchase from this dealership again. Service will never see my business after the poor inspection. Business office girl was not very polite since i never purchased anything extra. My biggest issue is with Salesman Divij and the dealership for not stepping up and getting me a new fob for my car so i can actually drive it. Salesman only concerned about his commission notthe customer satisfaction.

I have asked twice in one month about buying a Blue 2025 King Cab Pro-4x listed on their site, and have waited a considerable time to even hear back from them. Crickets. I ended up buying a CrewCab Pro-4X from another Nissan dealership. Sad really. With sales plummeting across North America, I'd have thought they'd have been more interested but they may have too much money and don't need anymore. I wonder if Nissan Corporate Canada knows of this, or if they did, even care. With Nissan in such turmoil that they've laid off over 9000 workers globally and their CEO taking a voluntary wage cut to help the company, this dealership is not pulling their weight. Go elsewhere.

Nissan has be awful to deal with for our lemon of a Kicks. Our first issue came up a month into owning it when the battery would not charge. The mechanic at Nissan couldn't figure it out until the tow truck driver pointed out that the cables running from the alternator to the battery was not the correct size. We have had thus vehicle for five years now and I still hate it. One thing after another goes on it. We just wanted something affordable and reliable. The Nissan Kicks is just an all around terrible car. We recently ended up purchasing another Ford to replace our Ford with over 200k (no issues ever!) and I am in love with our Ford Explorer. It is a beauty! And drives in the winter! No dead battery. No incompetent mechanic and dealership. No Nissan to deal with.

Have nothing but great things to say about their service here. Andrew went above and beyond good customer service. They fixed my vehicle and took car of the bill through the Calgary dealership. Maddie Warne we found is a very conscientious,helpful sales rep. We bought a Murano April 2023. The Murano was missing a few things we wanted, blockheater and command start. As we are from out of town and on a time schedule, they agreed we could book ther service for our trip in the fall. Maddie has followed up with us to see if we are happy.
