I am very disappointed with the dealership. I came into test drive a new Pathfinder.After testing driving the car I saw on the website I was told that the price for that vehicle was higher than what was advertised online due to some extra items. I was given a sheet with the pricing. It had a market price and a your price, both of which had no tie in to the online price. There was a bit of a breakdown of what was included but that came out to a different number again, with no detail even after the manager telling them to give me an itemized breakdown. I expressed my disappointed and was called by the sale manager who told me that the online price did include all of the extras they addied the day I came in. I was called by the sales person a day ago and I said just send me by email what you are willing to take for the car. I still have not heard back. There was a general lack of respect for the fact that this is a big decision spending a large amount of money. Someone brought a dog into the dealership that got better attention than me.

Dismissive Service Department. - GW

Dismissive Service Department. Brought in for diagnostic on all dash trouble lights illuminated, and mileage cut in half. Dash lights due to sensor, parts ordered, dismissed on the mileage issue. 1 month later, returned for install of the sensor on order, and again, dismissed on the same mileage issue which is a torque converter that will suddenly not lock up below -10C. Left dealer, 105km later, dash lights are back on, so called service and I'm told they could book me in, but there may still be a full charge to scan the issue. No comment on the 22 Frontier that used to get 800km/tank that now only gets 400km/tank. Save the hassle and buy a Tacoma, I know i will be!

I was stressed out shopping for a new truck primarily because I don’t do well in high pressure environment. I’ve walked out of a Chrysler dealership because I was so uncomfortable with the sales tactic. Brasso was recommended by a few Reddit users. Did my research and ended up buying actor tier. Justin was genuinely a good guy. He kept on telling me how good the Tacoma was and that I’d be happy with either that or a frontier. Based on that, I chose to end my viewing at the Toyota dealership. Genuine staff should be rewarded. I know when I do come in for service, it would be painless.

We ordered a Nissan rogue, from our local dealer. The car didn't arrive as scheduled, and the dealer was not interested, would not even investigate, just shrugged.. It was refundable deposit. So we found Cochrane Nissan online, ordered the car, they provided vin and we were able track, it arrived on time and we picked it up. Entire transaction done online, all questions answered promptly and thoroughly. There was a slight delay at pickup, maybe half hour, waiting for an add-on. They offered lunch and gave us a gas coupon for the inconvenience ,, which was not at all necessary. . After pickup, a few 'howto' emails from us were quickly dealt with. The salesman even made a video for me when I didn't quite understand how to do something. Once a model is chosen, customer service is so important and we are happy to recommend Cochrane Nissan
