Ryan from accounting and Justin from sales have both been amazing. That’s who my 5 star rating goes to. I bought a 2025 Chevy equinox which Justin helped me with despite my heavy negative equity. Love my new ride and so far so good. Most of all safe for me and my son. He also was quick to offer drop off of the suv when it was ready knowing my son struggles with unfamiliar places and peoples as well as jumped on trying to help as needed with a few other details. Ryan is one of his word. He said if I ever need anything or have any questions to reach out at anytime. Honest and genuine. He gets back to me and has helped me the couple of times just as he promised the day I purchased my suv. Service here used to be amazing when I dealt with Jess but very different now unfortunately. Feels like have to chase and push hard to actually get issues properly looked at.

The service team went above and beyond to help me with a repair that originated from another dealership. Alicia Baer’s communication was exceptional from start to finish.
