Disappointed with Service I purchased my Highlander at this location in 2015. After owning the vehicle for 2.5 years I have been experiencing trouble with the battery. If I don I purchased my Highlander at this location in 2015. After owning the vehicle for 2.5 years I have been experiencing trouble with the battery. If I don't drive the vehicle for 2 or 3 days the battery will be dead. The service investigation determined that the battery was bad and it was replaced. Five hundred dollars later,after two days the new battery was dead once again. I returned the vehicle to Yorkdale Toyota to continue an investigation and it was determined that this was due to a draw coming from an after market alarm system that I had installed on the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. I had the alarm system disconnected and once again, after a couple days the battery died, Very frustrated at this point, I made an appointment at Yorkdale Toyota and was told that the battery would likely not be replaced under warranty as there is probably a cut wire. This was the first time hearing of a cut wire. My interpretation of this is that it is yet another attempt to blame issues on the after market alarm system that was disconnected. I took the car in for service anyways only to hear continued assumptions about the problem before it was even in with a technician. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation and have not found this service location to be helpful in assuring me that they will find the problem. Wish me luck! More

CUSTOMER SERVICE we received @ YORKDALE Toyota was COMMENDABLE. At first, we thought we would walk away, but ALFREDO saved the day by answering all our questions. He took the time to explain to us what we needed to know. MIKE too deserves a mention because he made sure that we know the basic operations of this SMART car. He was very helpful and tried hard to accommodate us. Both these guys responds to our email swiftly. This dealer location we HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Its been many years and its been amazing drive. Toyota Camry was my first brand new car in 2002. But unfortunately I had the worse experience ever buying a car, thats include sales person Oxana and financial person. The service of buying first car should be memorable and the sales person must give as much time and attention to new buyer. I was simply hanged the keys to my car and no explanation how to turn it on, what to do, how to drive. IT was awful. I had to call my friend to come to dealership and explain to me how to navigate . It was very disappointing after spending over $30.000 Financing the car and just being handled the key and walk away. I wanted to share this experience because I do need a new car right now and would like to find place that is actually better service, attention, and care to customer. More
