Pleasant experience Marian was excellent. We used the unhangle service that offered a substantial price discount. Marian accepted the price with no argument even though Marian was excellent. He listened to what we wanted and did not try to distract with upsell or pushy tactics. His support and training before we took possession of our C-HR was outstanding. He spent over an hour reviewing our features and set up the bluetooth and Entune service while we watched and learned. Simona, business manager, reviewed the after sales packages and was very flexible with little pressure. Great Service all around. More

Disappointed with Service I purchased my Highlander at this location in 2015. After owning the vehicle for 2.5 years I have been experiencing trouble with the battery. If I don I purchased my Highlander at this location in 2015. After owning the vehicle for 2.5 years I have been experiencing trouble with the battery. If I don't drive the vehicle for 2 or 3 days the battery will be dead. The service investigation determined that the battery was bad and it was replaced. Five hundred dollars later,after two days the new battery was dead once again. I returned the vehicle to Yorkdale Toyota to continue an investigation and it was determined that this was due to a draw coming from an after market alarm system that I had installed on the vehicle shortly after purchasing it. I had the alarm system disconnected and once again, after a couple days the battery died, Very frustrated at this point, I made an appointment at Yorkdale Toyota and was told that the battery would likely not be replaced under warranty as there is probably a cut wire. This was the first time hearing of a cut wire. My interpretation of this is that it is yet another attempt to blame issues on the after market alarm system that was disconnected. I took the car in for service anyways only to hear continued assumptions about the problem before it was even in with a technician. I am very disappointed and frustrated with this situation and have not found this service location to be helpful in assuring me that they will find the problem. Wish me luck! More
