Service still matters to Yonge Steele Ford Lincoln (YSFL) I had my 2017 F150 serviced at Yonge Steeles Ford. I drove from Ajax to Vaughan because I had a safety issues and the service manager Mr. Chris Rajmo I had my 2017 F150 serviced at Yonge Steeles Ford. I drove from Ajax to Vaughan because I had a safety issues and the service manager Mr. Chris Rajmohan told me to come in and he will take care of it immediately. Prior to calling YSFL I called the Fraser Ford in Oshawa and was told they are super busy and couldn't service my truck even thought my safety was at risk. To make matters worst this is the dealer that sold me the truck. Chris at YSFL expedited my check in process and put me into a rental replacement car within minutes of me arriving at their dealership. He was very professional in handling situation and showed genuine concern for me and my family. He called me the following day and told me that my car would ready for pickup the following morning. I advised him that I can't come till about 9 pm to which his response was" thats not a problem, I will wait for you to ensure you're ok when you get your car". I was pleasantly surprised of how magnanimous he was. He took his time to wait around for me to return the rental, check me into my truck and thanked me for being a YSFL customer. I cannot thank Chris enough for the level of service he showed and his professionalism. He has definitely made me a forever customer of YSFL. More

Purchase of Vehicle at end of lease I recently purchased the Ford Escape that I had been leasing for the last 4 years. I have been dealing with Yonge Steeles for my last 3 vehicles.(appr I recently purchased the Ford Escape that I had been leasing for the last 4 years. He is an very considerate and kind gentleman. It has been my pleasure to deal with him. When I decided to buy my vehicle at the end of the lease I was put in contact with Mr. Sunil George. I know he is probably a very busy man BUT I have to say if he had been my first contact with Yonge Steeles it would have been my last one. The evening that I went there to finalize the paperwork for the purchase he was borderline rude. I tried to ask questions about the paperwork and his attitude was ... He acted as if I was wasting his time. I know I was purchasing out a lease and not buying a new one but I have been a good client for years. More

Infect I was over charged when buying my 2011 Ford Escape basic model as a women it cost me over 37,000.00 and it pain my soul to the very core that dealers take advantage of women . I am happy , no not for a moment...
