She agreed to wait because I was told when I asked about shuttle service she lived out of area. Mom calls me after being there 3 hours and still 2 people ahead of her. I called service for her and the lady was abrupt and hung up on me...Seems to me that customer service has suffered at the hands of their expansion. :( More
