Sumit ensured I was comfortable with the car and that it fit my budget. There was no pressure or the feeling of just another sale, the level of service was fantastic compared to other dealerships I visited, where there wasn’t any effort in ensuring my requirements were met let alone a follow up. I recommend visiting Yonge-Steeles Ford Lincoln to everyone and speaking with Sumit Kapur! More

Worst experience of a dealership This location will do everything to sell a vehicle to you but when it comes to service they drop the ball...hard. I have been waiting for over a year This location will do everything to sell a vehicle to you but when it comes to service they drop the ball...hard. I have been waiting for over a year for parts to a recall I have on my f150 and everytime I call I get the response "the part has been ordered," when i call again to see if the part has come in i get the response "the part has never been ordered." Furthermore, to get an oil change there (first come, first serve. No more appointments) you are looking at about 4 - 6 hours wait time, which they dont even tell you in advance so you just end up sitting there and waiting. Whoever runs the service department at this location needs to pull their head out of their xxx and fix it or just get fired. This might be the '#1 volume dealer' but is also the #1 worst service department. More

I was given a comprehensive intro to the technicalities and features in my Lincoln MKC. I couldn't be happier with the overall experience and will be happy to recommend this dealership. No wonder they are the top rated dealer. My congratulations to every one I dealt with. More

He went out of his way and made sure that I purchase another Lincoln. After having purchased, Haroon made sure that I was well taken care of from the time of signing the contract to the time of delivery. At the time of delivery, the General Manager took the time and came to me for feedback which meant a lot to me as a customer and it gave confidence that I was purchasing from a good dealership. More

They make sure the customer in 'customer service' comes first. Emad "Eddie" walked thru everything and made sure I knew what each button, dial and knob in the vehicle did before I drove the vehicle away. He also went thru all dashboard menu controls to not just show them to me, but to ensure I knew what they did and controlled as well. I value customer service and they met all my needs! I will be back for my next vehicle & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them! More
