They make sure the customer in 'customer service' comes first. Emad "Eddie" walked thru everything and made sure I knew what each button, dial and knob in the vehicle did before I drove the vehicle away. He also went thru all dashboard menu controls to not just show them to me, but to ensure I knew what they did and controlled as well. I value customer service and they met all my needs!
