woodridge i put my car in for a water leak near my fuse box.....which is on ford canada's website as something to look out for.....why is this not a recall?.... i put my car in for a water leak near my fuse box.....which is on ford canada's website as something to look out for.....why is this not a recall?......it took 3 months for them to find the problem....and then another 6 months to find the parts to fix the problem......when i got my car back, after all that time, the AC didn't work,......my car was apart for 9 months i've got photos....they wanted to charge me for recharging the AC...... that after having my car apart....and charging me $3000 more, at 3 times the original time frame.... . which was a 9 month wait to....in my girl friends words "pick up a piece of xxxx which used to be a really nice car"..... i picked it up....the, washer fluid pump didn't work, the rear window defroster doesn't work...they disabled my auto start module....i had more problems to deal it after More
Slimey operation Woodridge Ford is probably one of the worst dealerships in Calgary. Mark is a little snake selling bad vehicles to customers, the finance department is horrible, they just want to make money on extra protection products. On a used vehicle? And they when they tell you they can get you approved no matter what they send you down the hallway to their loansharks at Cavalcade. The service department is no better 4 months of chasing down Mark and the service team to get some speakers replaced. A year old seatbelt retention recall that was never done. What a slimey operation this dealership is running. Ruining people's lives, and credit along the way all while they make a big buck on someone. More

He unconditionally found a comparable vehicle, advised us on our dealings with insurance while we were on vacation and then quickly processed the finances of the final sale of the vehicle. I had no idea it could all happen so quickly and efficiently. This is the second time that we were incredibly impressed with Curtis and Woodridge Ford. We will be returning customers and I highly recommend this Woodridge Lincoln Ford Sales. More

Raw disappointment Our older vehicle was in for service just prior to Christmas 2017. A 52-point assessment was done to provide a list of issues to be addressed. We authorized the list of the recommendations to be completed believing all the items would be addressed prior to Christmas. Communications with the service department went well for the most part. We were extremely disappointed when we did not get the call to pick up the vehicle prior to the Christmas break as was agreed; we had shared our desire to deliver the vehicle to a destination outside of Calgary for Christmas Day. We called the Service Department after Boxing Day and were told the vehicle had been ready for pick-up, but we had not been called. We picked up the vehicle only to discover that an issue we expected to be fixed was still there. We took the vehicle back to the service department. They indicated they would need to complete additional diagnostics (for a cost) to determine the nature of the problem. We were surprised as we had expected that the original assessment should have identified this work was required and a QA test drive should have alerted the technicians to an issue which was still outstanding. In fact, following the additional diagnostic more work was identified in an area where significant work had already been done. REALLY!! This should have been found while the original work was underway!!!! After already spending more than we would have liked the news that additional cost would be required was NOT welcome. Had we understood at the onset what all the issues were and the significant cost to correct them we would never have started the work. While we did receive some price concessions overall it was not enough. Ford needs to improve their inspection / diagnostic process to provide the customer a full picture of the health of the we are not nickeled and dimed with additional diagnostics. As we look for a new truck in the future Ford will be low on our list for consideration due to this service experience. More
