Worst experience I hav ever had with a car dealership. The sales pepole have no idea about there products. They don't honer there advertised deals. When we finally came up with a deal on a payment plan and I signed the papers the then realized they did not include my lean on my trade in. Verry unprofessional. They do not care about the customer. Needles to say I did not make a purchase. I would like to warn pepole to be verry careful buying here to be sure they don't pull the wool over your eyes like they tried with me. If by some random chance they try to make things right I will update my review. I highly doubt the will because they do not care about you. More
I am extremely disappointed with this dealership. My deal (number 55074) was canceled by their GM- Langley Van der Kley without my consent or a reasonable explanation. I had reserved 2024 RAV4 SE about two months ago, with clear confirmation from Sales Manager Jay and Sales Rep Feras, they had assured me the vehicle was reserved in my name. Both of them kept me updated on the status of the vehicle. On August 3, 2024, I was told the car had arrived and was ready for pickup. I went in, got a credit check done, finalized the financing and SIGNED the vehicle purchase agreement with their sales rep. Despite my clear agreement and completed paperwork, my car’s delivery was refused just one day before the agreed pickup date. The reasons given by the sales rep and the general manager were contradictory and made no sense. When I requested an explanation in writing from the GM, he was dismissive and claimed he didn’t owe me any explanation. Furthermore, when I mentioned escalating my concerns to OMVIC, the Better Business Bureau, and Toyota Canada, he told me not to “threaten” him. His also insinuated that I was an "exporter" which was unexpected and completely disrespectful. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with any business. If the owner of this dealership comes across this comment, please look into this matter. I urge you to either have them release my car and honor the agreement or arrange for another one, as this situation reflects a mistake on the dealership’s part. More

I wish I could give them 0 in Parts Department. I bought my car form Toyota Woodbine and always bought parts from them. They recently refused to return part from me and the manager was so rude to t I bought my car form Toyota Woodbine and always bought parts from them. They recently refused to return part from me and the manager was so rude to tell me that he would think that I purchased the part from somewhere else and trying to return at Toyota. Although I had my invoice with me showing it was purchased from there. He went on saying that they do not scan the part before selling. When I told that I had been calling them and no one picked up the phone for several days and offered to show him my phone call log to prove how many time I called. I went in to Woodbine Toyota with my Lexus after a Canadian Tire could not figure out the issue. Kamalpreet Singh - the Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and professional. The service staff is in responsible and zero knowledge. You talk with person and they ignoring you doing other things. Irresponsible dealership and the staff at service department has no customer services skills and constantly made up lies to cover their mistake. It was the worst experience I had from any Toyota in Canada and the fact they badmouthed other dealerships is a warning to all.
