I went in to Woodbine Toyota with my Lexus after a Canadian Tire could not figure out the issue. Kamalpreet Singh - the Service Advisor was very knowledgeable and professional. The service staff is in responsible and zero knowledge. You talk with person and they ignoring you doing other things. Irresponsible dealership and the staff at service department has no customer services skills and constantly made up lies to cover their mistake. It was the worst experience I had from any Toyota in Canada and the fact they badmouthed other dealerships is a warning to all.
