I took my minivan in for service and it went from being only an oil change to being pushed into every service possible. Edgar was the advisor and he made it seem like my 2010 van was so unsafe and going t only an oil change to being pushed into every service possible. I got the feeling that he really didn't care about me and only about whatever commission he was going to make off me. When i questioned some services and mentioned I wasn't interested at this time, he quickly dismissed me like I was wasting his time. He made me so bad I just ended up doing all the services. That will be the last time they ever see me! On another note, I can't believe Toyota would allow Edgar, someone on the frontlines to be chewing whatever he was chewing. What a stink and his teeth OMG. All I can say is Disgusting More
