A few years ago, when my family was returning home from a visit to Toronto, our I’d like to thank Woodbine Toyota for going above and beyond — twice! A few years ago, when my family was returning home from a visit to Toronto, our front bumper was partially torn from our van. We went to the nearest Toyota dealership, which was Woodbine Toyota. They didn’t have a replacement bumper in stock, so they bolted the bumper in place so we could return to Ottawa safely. They didn’t bill us. They simply wished us safe travels. Earlier this month, I was back in Toronto and was driving on a muddy, gravel road. When I drove off the gravel road, I heard pieces of gravel rebounding off the bottom of my van. Later on, I heard squeaking when I applied the brakes or turned my steering wheel. I made an appointment at Woodbine Toyota for the next morning. The next day, the squeaking had stopped, but I still wanted to ensure that all the mechanisms were functioning properly, since I would be travelling a long distance. They hoisted my van up and a mechanic checked my van to confirm that all was fine. The frontline staff member (sorry I didn’t get his name) said it didn’t take long, so he didn’t charge me. He just wished me a Happy Thanksgiving. Thank you, Woodbine Toyota! More
