Arrogant Mr.Heinrich the manager. I purchased a Toyota van and also purchased 2 year warranty from them. As part of the warranty they were supposed to do compression test on the car bu I purchased a Toyota van and also purchased 2 year warranty from them. As part of the warranty they were supposed to do compression test on the car but there system was down on the day that I went to pick up the car. Since I lived about 2 hrs away in the east , and could not wait all day , we agreed to do this compression test in Belleville instead which was closer to me. So I brought the car and contacted the Belleville Toyota and scheduled a compression test in 10 day time. When the technician tried the compression test the battery failed and wont start up. Belleville Toyota asked me to contact Woodbine to have a new battery put in since I only purchased the car from them and this test was supposed to be done in Woodbine Toyota. I called them and did not get any customer service or call returns. Sales guy (Jay) agreed with me but he could not convince his boss Paul Heinrich who was as arrogant as one can be , using the same argument that small time dealers use. Since the car has been delivered and they are no longer responsible. I pushed but they simply refused to budge and listen to any reason. Battery was as old as the car (5 years) itself which means their inspection process is not good enough either that a 5 year old battery would pass. I paid for the battery myself and extremely dissatisfied with their service and standards. More

A few years ago, when my family was returning home from a visit to Toronto, our I’d like to thank Woodbine Toyota for going above and beyond — twice! A few years ago, when my family was returning home from a visit to Toronto, our front bumper was partially torn from our van. We went to the nearest Toyota dealership, which was Woodbine Toyota. They didn’t have a replacement bumper in stock, so they bolted the bumper in place so we could return to Ottawa safely. They didn’t bill us. They simply wished us safe travels. Earlier this month, I was back in Toronto and was driving on a muddy, gravel road. When I drove off the gravel road, I heard pieces of gravel rebounding off the bottom of my van. Later on, I heard squeaking when I applied the brakes or turned my steering wheel. I made an appointment at Woodbine Toyota for the next morning. The next day, the squeaking had stopped, but I still wanted to ensure that all the mechanisms were functioning properly, since I would be travelling a long distance. They hoisted my van up and a mechanic checked my van to confirm that all was fine. The frontline staff member (sorry I didn’t get his name) said it didn’t take long, so he didn’t charge me.
